Located in the 'heart of Bala' on the stunning Lake Muskoka walking distance to the Bala Keys and Bala Falls. This location is prime spot very close to Bala Freshmart grocery store, Don's Bakery, Beer store, LCBO, and restaurants (10-12 min walk or 5 min drive). 15-20 min drive to Gravenhurst or Port Carling.

Stunning large deck with cozy couches and Muskoka chairs for hanging out in the sun during the day with a large umbrella if you want shade. You can enjoy the sunset in the evening with a cozy firepit. Also, great sitting area on the beautiful Muskoka rocks where you can enjoy a lovely fire in the evening. Upper deck includes a outdoor table seats up to 8 with additional chairs and a BBQ.

Boathouse is newly renovated, very cozy with surrounding large windows to relax and enjoy the lake views. Includes two fridges to store all your drinks, 2 cozy couches, and TV. Both couches turn into double beds. Full bathroom with shower. This space is lovely and can accommodate at least 6 people.

Bunky/guesthouse - very cozy space, full kitchen with fridge and stove, and microwave. Washer and dryer, 2 bedrooms 1 with full queen bed, 1 with bunk beds a double over a single. Full bathroom with shower. Couches with tv and fireplace. Outdoor deck beside bunky with small table and 4 chairs.
3 bbqs - upper level bbq beside bunky with propane, main deck bbq with propane, and charcoal bbq down by the lake.

Large parking space up top that fits several vehicles up to at least 10 cars.

Cottage has many outdoor activities:
Paddle boat
Kayak
Full water pad in lake (summer months only)
Open gate on large deck where you can jump off into lake - great for diving deep waters 12-15 feet
