About the host
Hosted by Ravi Vatrapu
The first floor listing is being offered to guests as both a comfortable AND contemplative "experiential stay".
Carl Sagan's quote on "The Pale Blue Dot" is a good starting point for understanding and experiencing the "CIRCA" design philosophy. A succinct summary of "CIRCA" follows:
C: Contemporary (Amenities and Appliances)
I: Indigenous (Arts and Crafts)
R: Resilient (Renew, Recycle, and Reuse)
C: Civilisational (Logos, Ethos, and Pathos)
A: Architecture (Parti and Elements)
Guests should respect that the house is not only the "labour of love" but also the "realization of vision" of two Vizagite academics.

Why they chose this property
Nostalgia about a golden childhood spent at the home before the development boom of recent past.
What makes this property unique
The house comes with a mathematical companion book about the formulas etched on the glass panels of the ground floor staircase and first floor front parapet wall.
