The Space:

Downstairs:
Upon entry is a double car garage, the multipurpose room and a bedroom with ensuite and walk in robe. Set up with a queen bed in the bedroom and a bunk in the multipurpose room, downstairs creates a great space to accommodate a family separate to the upstairs bedrooms.
Mid-Level:
Boasts a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area perfect for entertaining and enjoying the outlook over the pool and backyard. With large open doors to the patio the space can really open up for a variety of outdoor and indoor living and dining options perfect for your morning coffee or afternoon wine and cheese. The main living room has a smart TV for the lazy days or to entertain the kids.
When you’re not at the beach, swim in the pool. Or whip up lunch and dinner with the help of the gas barbecue and al-fresco pool pavilion. Also, a perfect stop to sit down with a glass of wine and enjoy the evening away.
Upstairs:
Located upstairs the master suite. In the bedroom a King bed and walk in robe. The large master bedroom its own private retreat completes with a lounge, smart TV, and balcony. The large ensuite has a bath, shower, and toilet.

The Neighborhood:
Alexandra Headland, known by the locals as 'Alex', is a coastal town situated on Queensland's Sunshine Coast. The township has a relaxed and laid back atmosphere that complements the soothing rolling surf and inviting beaches. Alexandra Headland is also ringed by Mooloolaba, Buderim and Maroochydore with a superb coastal sweep to the north and bush foothills to the west.
Other Things to Note:
*Pet-friendly for 1 small dog upon application. When staying with a dog there is an additional fee of $50 per dog. Please reach out to us prior to booking with your pet to ensure you understand our pet rules.
*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*
*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)
*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally. *Please no events or smoking is permitted at any time.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
*Electric vehicle charging: If you plan on charging your electric car while on holiday, we would appreciate it if you could first consider using the designated charging stations available at nearby shopping centres and public locations. These are great alternatives and help us manage our power usage. If you need to charge your electric car at our home, please reach out for pre-approval beforehand. Please be aware that there is an additional charge for this. We appreciate your understanding.
