Overlooking Collin St and Swanston St, this two bedroom high-rise apartment lies opposite Town Hall Stop 6 and overlooks the rest of Collins St and Town Hall. It is a short distance from famous cafes on Flinders Lane, groceries at Coles and Woolworths and from restaurants set along Swanston Street.
