The Neighborhood:
Immensely convenient surroundings. We're situated at the corner of La Trobe & Exhibition St at Sapphire by the Gardens with a tram stop located just outside on La Trobe St.

You're only a short walk to QV, Emporium, Myer, David Jones, Chinatown, Swanston St and more.

Great boutique bars, cafes and attractions around the area.

I've included most of my favourite places and more in my extensive "Local Recommendations Guidebook" on this listings page, so please feel free to check em' out for awesome things to do and eat in the CBD area.

Getting Around:
Easy. Surrounded by trams, cabs, buses & trains, it makes getting in, out & around the city extremely convenient.

If you're not a fan of walking, there is a tram stop located just outside on La Trobe St.

Most importantly, all trams within the city grid are FREE. Just look out for the "FREE tram zone" signs.

No problems hitching a cab or getting on a bus on Exhibition St if you would like to head out of the city.

If you plan to take a train, the Melbourne Central railway station is just a 8 min walk or a 5min free tram ride away.

If you drive, we do have 1 FREE secured parking slot available for you.

Other Things to Note:
This is a private unit ALL TO YOURSELF and you WON'T be sharing this with any strangers during your stay.

A representative will be assigned to check you in in person.

Please be sure to notify us of your arrival times so that we can hand the key to you personally.

If you want to leave your luggage before checking-in or after you check-out, there are affordable luggage services and paid lockers across the road at the Southern Cross train station. They charge anywhere from AU$10 to AU$16 per locker for 24 hours worth of storage.

This pad accommodates 6 adults generously but a max of 8 overnight. Any more than 6 adult guests overnight will attract an extra AU$14 per night, per additional guest.

The sleeping arrangement for the 7th and 8th adult would be on a 3-seater sofa bed which folds out to a double with extra quilts, pillows, sheets & covers.

A representative will be assigned to check you in in person.

The apartment unit will be vacant (Furnished of course along with the amenities) and it's a private self-contained fully serviced unit ALL TO YOURSELF. You WON'T be sharing it with any strangers during your stay.

Great location to explore Melbourne
(3) related couples in town for tennis. Location was ideal and walkable, or easily accessible to many Melbourne neighborhoods. Super modern apartment with floor to ceiling windows and views from all the rooms. The bathrooms were very nice, as was the kitchen. We had a problem with construction noise from a nearby unit, where they started hammering at 7:00 am. After we complained, the noise stopped. Initially we had to figure out that the clothes dryer has a water tank that needs to be emptied after each load, or it just shuts off. I would recommend leaving instructions for the dryer, and the microwave. Otherwise, we loved our stay, would recommend and would stay again.
