Cafes and restaurants at Waikawa Marina and in Picton. Many walking tracks, parks, playgrounds, pushbikes by prior arrangement. Visit wineries, Kaipupu Point Sanctuary, Queen Charlotte Track, Fishing trips, Cruises, dolphin watching, Kayaking, Movies, aquarium, Aviation museum, art galleries and the chocolate making factory.
Special conditions:
The house and flat are down a sealed drive to a back section. A boat would have to be disconnected from the vehicle and swung around by hand or backed out.
