STUNNING 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom, large open plan living with extensive views overlooking Raglan and coastline. Underfloor central heating/aircon unit throughout plus additional fireplace in TV area (firewood supplied from May - September). Please note we will supply firewood for evening fire and ask guests use underfloor heating during the day, if required.

Located a mere 5km from Raglan township this truely magnificent eco-friendly home boosts all modern conveniences of easy living; underfloor heating throughout, fireplace, double drawer dishwasher, laundry complete with sink, washing machine and dryer, modern interior, extensive bifold windows/ranchsliders, designed to soak in the views from most rooms. North facing to embrace warmth and sunlight throughout the year, the ambience of this property is hard to find in Raglan.

Well planned, large kitchen, providing tea, coffee and sugar and coffee plunger. This kitchen is well stocked with utensils etc. Dining and lounge area an entertainers delight capturing awe-inspiring views.

2 master suites offering full ensuites, main bathroom area with large bath, shower and sink, heated towel rails, toilet room separate.

Enjoy alfresco meals on the deck whilst cooking on webber bbq.

This property is designed for the larger family or extended families.

Please note twin bedroom can convert to super king bed by pushing 2 single beds together therefore accommodating 3 couples plus 2 single guests in separate bedrooms. Please advise property manager of bedding configuration upon enquiry.

Absolutely Fabulous!!

We had 5 nights at Byron Hill and loved every minute of it. The house is beautiful and the views sensational. It was very well equipped and lovely having all the basics provided such as tea, coffee and other essentials. We will definitley be back. Julls is a fantastic host!

We loved the house. Well equipped kitchen if you are planning to cook. House has a great heating system so we did not feel cold. The view is simply stunning. Julls made the check in very smooth and was very accommodating too. Highly recommend this place.

Relaxing stay

We loved our stay at Byron Hill. The house was exactly as pictured & described, clean & hosts supplied basics (tea, coffee etc). The house is large & comfy with a long deck that has sun at different times of day. The views are amazing & it was so quiet!! Will definitely return when next in Raglan.

Amazing!!

This property did not disappoint! Was exactly as described and perfectly suited our family group ranging from teens to elderly grandparents. The kitchen has every utensil you could ever need, and there was plenty of space for us all to spread out. Is in a lovely quiet location a little way out of town (not walkable), in a beautiful bush setting with incredible views! Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing all round

Julls was very informative and fast to respond to any queries leading up to our stay. The view from the house was amazing. The kitchen is very well stocked up, there were a couple of items which we had forgotten to pack, but we were able to utilise some of the items in the pantry. Could not fault the whole experience. Thank you Julls for accommodating my family.

Great transparent comms with manager. Property clean, well maintained and well equipped kitchen.

Property is clean and well maintained, house requires shoes left at the door which I greatly appreciate . Excellent equipped kitchen. Large enough to accommodate 2 families with sleeping areas on both sides of the house. Wonderful views. Regular night visits from an owl was interesting. Experience with Julls is wonderful, from initial queries to booking to duration of stay. Replies were prompt and information about the property upfront and transparent. There was an issue with an unconnected gas bottle during the stay resulting in no gas for showers or cooking. Julls replied to my emails almost immediately and showed up to resolve the issue within 30 mins. Would definitely recommend to others and also book this property again

The house exceeded all our expectations. The photos don't give you the sense of how large this house is and how much room there is. It is so well stocked in terms of anything you could possible need in the kitchen. The beds are all super comfy. But the best is the amazing location. Quiet and peaceful where you can only hear the beautiful bird song. The view would have to be one of the best in all of Raglan. Julls is a great communicator and everything was super easy. Would be back in a heartbeat.

Perfect Serenity

The most comfiest beds any of us have ever slept on. House was always warm and has outstanding views of Raglan township, the harbour and the ocean. This was our second stay and the house still exceeded our expectations.

The property is modern, bright and airy with spacious living areas and very well appointed kitchen with some essentials provided. The bedrooms are large and spacious, 2 with en-suite facilities and communal bathroom with large tub. The two main bedrooms and the living areas open out onto an extensive north facing deck with bbq and outdoor seating. This affords stunning views over native bush, the Raglan Golf Club course and views spanning the Tasman sea at the estuary entrance to the Raglan harbour and township and the rolling Waikato hills beyond. It's a short drive into town or out to the beaches.
