This ground floor studio vacation rental located near a large community pool, great for soaking up the Florida sun. The studio features a small efficiency kitchen, a bathroom with a tub, and a queen-size bed. It is nicely decorated and comes with cable TV and Wi-Fi service.

Conveniently, the rental is close to the laundry facility and a barbecue area. Guests can also make use of two gazebos and a private golden beach for relaxation and socializing.

The property is situated near downtown Venice, offering easy access to shops, restaurants, and festivals. The Venice pier, with its two restaurants and fishing gear rental, is also nearby.

One of the major attractions in the area is the sandy beaches, known for shelling and shark teeth hunting. It's a popular activity among visitors, adding to the overall charm of the location.

The main focus of this vacation rental is to provide a relaxing and enjoyable experience for guests.

This is unit is managed by the on site rental office. The office is open 6 days a week should you need any assistance during your stay.

Our office is behind the pool area in the community. We look forward to welcoming our guests and to be available should they need any assistance.
Our office hours are 9-4 Monday thru Friday, and 10-2 on Saturdays. Sundays we are closed but available if needed by calling the office phone.

Located on Golden Beach between downtown Venice and World Famous Sharkey's, Venice Villas is close to shopping, Restaurants, Golf courses, The Legacy Trail for biking and walking, Fishing, and lots more.

All guests, please be aware that Sea Turtle nesting season is from May 1 until October 31. During this time, when at the beach and in our community, please follow all local ordinances, including:
Turn off or shield any white lights visible to the beach, including flashlights, fishing lights, room lights, headlights, etc.
No flash photography.
Pitch in and pick up garbage and debris on or near the beach. Leave only your footprints behind.
Remove all beach furniture, umbrellas, towels, and clothing anytime you are not on the beach.
The fines can by upwards of $10,000, so please pass this information along and help us stay compliant and protect our wildlife. Thank you!
