Inside, discover quality furnishings including a gourmet kitchen, double spa bath, double shower, and a carpeted double garage. Stay warm in winter with two heat pumps and a cozy gas fire, while enjoying all-day sun.

Step outside to the outdoor breakfast bar, BBQ area, and lounge, all overlooking the lake. A large waterproof awning ensures comfort in all weather conditions, while you soak up the winter sun.

This is self-catering accommodation however for your convenience, we will get you started with a few rolls of toilet paper, hand soap, dishwashing liquid and dishwasher detergent along with a couple of tea towels, dishcloth, 2 bin liners and laundry liquid. We use only eco-friendly cleaning products. Sheets and towels are provided. We recommend you bring your own beach towels.

Interaction with Guests:
Wanaka Holiday Homes office hours are Monday to Friday: 8am to 5pm and Saturday: 9am to 2pm. We are available after hours for urgent matters. You will be provided with arrival instructions one week prior to arrival. This is self catering holiday home accommodation. We provide sheets and towels but you will need to bring you own personal supplies.

Suberb outlook from a well appointed apartment. Only minor quibbles with the deck needing a hose and sweep, but this propert delivers a stunning view across the lake close to town

The property had a gorgeous view.

The property had a gorgeous view. However, the WiFi was next to hopeless Poor coverage and drops out. There was a TV propped up on a sideboard in the main bedroom that obscured the view and was not secured so could fall on someone if pulled. There are some awful plastic plants on the deck that should be binned. We had to sweep outside and wipe down all the outside furniture and search out the cushions. or the big $$$, these things are not acceptable.

The house was lovely and we were comfortable but we thought the kitchen was very poorly equipped, especially for a luxury apartment that was very expensive. There were not enough serving items and none of the crockery or cutlery matched. There was not enough cutlery for us and the glasses were all mismatched and there were not nearly enough tumblers. There was nowhere to put soap down in the bathrooms and no towel rail in the upstairs toilet and the table only sat 6 but the house sleeps 8.

Stunning location

We rented this property and invited another two couples, we had a fabulous time in a gorgeous location and in a beautiful house. The driveway is extremely steep, we choose to all park on road.

Incredible views. Fantastic kitchen and living area. Large garage which is great for ski and sports gear. Easy walk into town via the path that leads to the water front. Highly recommended.
