This contemporary hotel styled room is privately owned and managed by the owners. It has been renovated with a fresh modern style, funky furniture and plants. It is part of a larger apartment complex so is professional cleaned with fresh linen upon your arrive and depart. It has its own private keypad code entry, ensuite, TV, bar fridge, coffee/tea making facilities.

Take note that the room is located on the back building of the complex (not a lake front building) with the main door entry fronting the busy Frankton Road. In summer especially when you might open the windows, you will hear the noise from the passing traffic. During the night it would be quieter so do take note if you're a light sleeper.

The room itself has partial views to the lake front which is just meters away. The Frankton walking/biking track is a scenic must do and only 4kms to central Queenstown. Being right at the Frankton Marina, you can also hire water equipment such as boats, kayaks and paddle board subject to the seasons. A 5 minute stroll to the nearby popular Boatshed Cafe and Altitude Brewery are a must.

Note the owners are not able to meet you upon arrival but are available by phone or online. The complex is located close to the Frankton Marina, Queenstown airport, Remarkables retail centre, Five Mile retail centre, Queenstown Central retail center and Remarkable ski fields.
