Classic Bills Way Charm

The Space:
Private garden situated on peaceful Bills Way with space for the boat!

This cottage is privately surrounded by a well established garden and situated on peaceful Bills Way, close to the lake and town centre. Plenty of private space for vehicles and a boat. Recently upgraded, the modern furnishing complement the property's rustic charm.

Kitchen is fully equipped with a good range cooking utensils and tableware.

The living area features an open plan kitchen/lounge space with ample sofas, large dining table, a great wood burner with firewood supplied.

There is also a night store heater in the lounge room and heater in the far bedroom.

ADDITIONAL FEATURES:

This is self-catering accommodation however for your convenience, we will get you started with a few rolls of toilet paper, hand soap, dishwashing liquid and dishwasher detergent along with a couple of tea towels, dishcloth, 2 bin liners and laundry liquid. We use only eco-friendly cleaning products. Sheets and towels are provided. We recommend you bring your own beach towels.

Interaction with Guests:
Wanaka Holiday Homes office hours are Monday to Friday: 8am to 5pm and Saturday: 9am to 2pm. We are available after hours for urgent matters. You will be provided with arrival instructions one week prior to arrival. This is self catering holiday home accommodation. We provide sheets and towels but you will need to bring you own personal supplies.

Fantastic!

Fantastic home! Great location, especially if you’re heading up to TC! Had a great stay here with friends and family. Home met all our needs. Only comment would be about having to pay for wifi. Not experienced this at other homes. Not a biggie but have just not come across this before. Would definitely recommend this place.

Very good, enjoyed our stay

Lovely location, within walking distance of the lake and a good neighborhood. Comfortable beds and a very nice back garden. However, there was no ac and the master bedrooms shower didn't drain at all. Apart from thosee two things, our stay was very comfortable and relaxing. Thanks.

Nice and warm

We stayed in the winter for the skiing. Best thing was the fire. Lit so easy looked good and was toasty warm. Bags of firewood under the stairs. Bunnies on the front lawn and quails on the back. Comfortable beds plenty of hot water good showers. What more do you need

Very comfortable and warm, good layout plenty of room for us which was a family of 5 adults. Two bathrooms and the beds were comfy, kitchen had everything you needed. We would stay again great home away from home.

We enjoyed our stay and found the house was very comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay and found the house was very comfortable. A few maintenance things could be done eg. Fixings on wardrobe doors, window latches to be fixed/replaced to make the place more secure & the freezer didnt freeze anything we put in it (even after 7 days). These are minor things so other than the mentioned items the place was really nice.
