This home is a 7-bedroom, 8 and a half bathroom luxury oceanfront home located in North Forest Beach. With its spacious design and comfortable furnishings, this stunning property is the perfect vacation rental for large groups of up to 22 guests.

Step inside the spacious main floor and be greeted by the magnificent views from the large open floor plan. Cook up a feast in the gourmet kitchen with it's large island, or relax in the multiple sitting areas, complete with a wine room. The main floor is also home to the primary bedroom suite. Take a quick step outside to the large porch including the outdoor grill and summer kitchen. Enjoy the salt-tinged air while entertaining guests.

The second floor boasts 3 king bedrooms with en-suites, a Jr. primary bedroom suite with a roll-in shower, and a queen-queen guest room with en-suite. There's also a laundry room and desk/work area for those who can remote into the office. The second floor is finished off with a living room and covered porch with ocean views.

On the third floor, the bunk room provides 4 queen beds and 4 full beds, complete with 2 en-suites with showers. This floor cannot be accessed by the elevator. Additionally, there is a balcony overlooking the ocean, that can be locked out upon request if you wish to restrict children from this area. .

Back to the ground floor, you will find the pool and the path to the beach! Take a dip in the covered, private 27 x 22 pool and spa with water features, or lounge on the pool deck with plenty of seating. Enjoy the best of both worlds with private beach access and ping pong table. This home also offers wireless internet throughout and an elevator for your convenience. The elevator cannot reach the 3rd floor bunk room.

Wonderful Family Get Together

Our family of 14 had a wonderful time staying here. The home had everything we needed and plenty of room to spread out. It was just a short walk to the beach and the water was perfect. We didn't need to heat the pool as the out side temps made it vey comfortable. Would come back here again!

Beautiful property for large groups/ families

We really enjoyed all the different entertainment space this house provided. It was perfect for our group of 15. It allowed people to have their own space and not feel crowded. The walk to the beach is a bit unpleasant because the wooden platform to the beach was boarded off so you had to walk through landscaping and down a rather steep hill. The elevator also was not functioning so it made arrival and departure a bit tough with the heavy bags. The house is well equipped with everything you need should you want to cook. The pool is a great evening and shaded pool but if you are looking to float and get some sun then the beach is better for that. The bike ride or walk to coligny plaza is minutes away! Overall, the house is beautiful and modern and we really enjoyed our vacation.

Fabulous property!

We did our annual family beach trip at this property this year. 10th year in a row renting a large home. We have been to Hilton Head, Watercolor on 30A, Cape San Blas, Rosemary, St. Simons and Panama City. This house is our favorite to date. Lovely property and we had a great experience with the management company. I would give it more stars if I could!

What a great experience at this beautiful home. The location is perfect, the home is huge with beautiful bedrooms all with bathrooms. The best was all the roomy comfortable common areas both inside and out. I have rented dozens of homes for family and friends getaways and this beach house was by far the most well equipped for a complete vacation. Plenty of cooking items dishes glasses etc. The only item that was not up to the excellent standards of this home was the blender was shot which from my experience is common with vacation rentals. I have no doubt that there will be a new blender for the next renters. Brand new grill outside seating everything you need. We did have a couple of glitches that were handled promptly by a great management team.

Best House to stay in Hilton Head Island!

We had plenty of room for all the adult couples in our family, and then some! Beds and Bath accommodations were very comfortable! Access to the beach was simple and close. Pool and deck areas were very impressive. Plenty of seating everywhere for everyone! Technology was up to date and appreciated! Will return again ASAP!

Beautiful house with absolutely everything you need. All the rooms are well appointed. The location couldn’t have been better. Very close to the beach. Many shops and restaurants are well within walking distance.

Best vacation ever!

We cannot say enough about this property. It was the perfect amount of space for our group-10 adults, 10 kids ages 3-13. The property was beautiful, it was clean and everything was gorgeous. The pool and hot tub was perfect and so close to the beach. The management company was kind and responsive I would highly recommend it to all and hope to get to stay there again!

An absolutely lovely, relaxing property. The pictures are very accurate , however it does not depict the warmth and love we experienced in this beautiful setting. Listening to the ocean waves at night, the picturesque view, the gourmet kitchen, the custom bathrooms, the steam shower, I could just go on and on. Great for family members who may be physically challenged A perfect choice for family members of all ages

We had a large group of three different families (15 people total.) The house was in an amazing location, steps from the beach, a quick ride into Coligny, but far enough north not to have huge crowds on the beach. We loved it so much we asked to rent again next year!

Great week in Hilton Head

The house is very spacious and beautiful. Plenty of room for our two families, totaling 10 people. The location is great -- easy access to the beach as well as easily walkable to shops and restaurants.
