The main bedroom boasts a cozy queen bed with hotel-quality linen, bedside tables, and built-in cupboards.
Bedroom 2 is furnished with a single bed suitable for all ages, along with storage cupboards and a bedside table.
A single-floor mattress is also available, depending on the number of guests and the length of stay. Please inquire for more details if needed.

Living Room:
The living room is outfitted with a 55" 4K UHD HDR LED Smart TV (Android TV) and a 3-seater + chaise lounge. For remote work, a small 2-person dining table can double as a computer desk. Board games are provided in the TV cabinet for entertainment. Stay comfortable with a wall-mounted air conditioner and a gas heater for colder nights.

Kitchen:
The spacious kitchen is well-equipped with gas cooking facilities, a range hood, and modern appliances including a recently upgraded fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, and utensils.
Note: The kitchen does not have an oven at this time.

Bathroom/Laundry:
The unit features a single bathroom with a shower, toilet, and vanity. Guests are welcome to use the washing machine, with basic supplies provided for short stays.

Parking:
Dedicated parking is available for 1 vehicle undercover at the rear of the unit block. Access instructions will be provided, with measurements approximately 4.5m L x 2.5m H.

Heating/Cooling:
Experience comfort throughout all seasons with a reverse-cycle air conditioning system located in the lounge room. It circulates enough hot or cool air to ensure comfort regardless of the weather outside.
