In the heart of Hobart lies this circa 1828 sandstone and convict brick building with a fascinating past. Originally built as The Bull's Head Hotel (a notorious waterhole of its time) the terrace went on to accommodate a private school before being converted into a residential dwelling and in recent times undergoing an award-winning architectural restoration by local firm Circa Morris-Nunn.
Experience a stunning interior reflecting the home's long history with retained features such as exposed brickwork and timber accents throughout.
The entry level accommodates a spacious living room warmed in the winter months by an Eco-smart fireplace. Stairs from this level lead upstairs to the study and the impressive master bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
The lower level features a fantastic galley kitchen and dining area, a second bedroom, bathroom and laundry. A private courtyard is conveniently accessed from the kitchen and leads to off street parking. Free, off-street parking is available for your stay.
