The Space:
Previously used as a stable, this historic property has since been modernised and converted into two apartments. The apartment faces Kelly Street and is spread over two levels - downstairs features a sunny, fully-equipped kitchen, dining table for enjoying meals and a comfortable lounge area with smart tv.
Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with queen bed and second bedroom furnished with 2 x single beds. The bathroom is also located upstairs and is compact with a walk-in shower. The property has panel heaters upstairs and downstairs to stay warm in winter.
You will have access to 1 x off-street car park for the duration of your stay. Please note the driveway into the parking area is narrow and not suitable for a campervan.
Laundry facilities are available to you in a separate shed at the rear of the building. Please note the laundry is also available to 2 other apartments (this is the only shared space).

Guest Access:
You will have access to all of the apartment for the duration of your stay. It is a self check-in whereby you can check in any time after 2pm. A message with all relevant information will be sent to you 5 days prior to your arrival.

Getting Around:
The apartment comes with free, off-street parking for guests. All inner-city attractions are within easy walking distance and the MONA ferry is only 10 minutes walk, which will take you straight to the acclaimed museum via the Derwent River.
Hobart is an easy city to navigate by car, alternatively the city is serviced by a reliable bus network (Metro Tasmania), taxis and Uber.
