Guest Access:
The property consists of 2 apartments. The door to the foyer area where you access the front door of the apartment is a shared access point. You may cross paths with people from the other apartment from time to time. The apartment itself is completely private.

Battery Point is arguably Hobart's most sought-after suburb filled with heritage-listed properties lining the streets and quaint laneways. Discover the neighbourhood on foot, starting your day with breakfast and a coffee from Hearth Café & Restaurant or Friends and Family Café, both located just across the road from the property, or a delicious pastry from Jackman & McRoss Bakery, only 4-minutes walk.

Getting Around:
Discover Hobart on foot, the apartment is centrally located on Sandy Bay Road and walking distance to all inner-city attractions - Salamanca Place is a 2 minute walk, the MONA ferry 5 minutes and the CBD only 5 minutes.

Metro buses can take you into Hobart CBD, with a bus stop conveniently located right outside the property.
