With touches of history, the apartment has stunning lead light windows throughout, adding character and beauty to the home.
Sleeping up to four guests, enjoy the large living room for relaxed entertaining, spacious and light-filled kitchen with all modern appliances and fittings, as well as a washing machine.
Huge modern bathroom with large floor-to-ceiling shower, beautiful terrazzo tiled floors and lots of vanity space.
For a quiet retreat, the apartment also features a separate office with a large glass window overlooking Sandy Bay Road.
Outside, enjoy cosy alfresco dining on the beautiful deck off the kitchen, offering a private space for casual entertaining and sitting around the fire pit with a nice glass of Tasmanian wine.

The property consists of 2 apartments. The door to the foyer area where you access the front door of the apartment is a shared access point. You may cross paths with people from the other apartment from time to time. The apartment itself is completely private.
