All the modern conveniences with the old fashioned touches. We really enjoyed our stay at the Post Office. Great central location in a beautiful high country township. Plenty of walks and river activities to keep us busy but also a lovely spot to chill and unwind. Will be back for sure in winter when we can stoke up the fires. Thank you.
Wow, what a beautiful special home in prime location, I loved the old layout with the exposed brick from original building as I sat and enjoyed a cuppa looking out onto the deck. Beautiful old features with stunning up grades, I loved reading your story and connection to the property. Beautiful big back yard, well shaded.Comfy bed and shower pressure is perfect. Waking up and just simply walking across the road for a coffee is a bit of heaven. You can see the love you have put into it, thank you.We will be back.
We only had a one night stopover but very much enjoyed this accommodation, which retained its period charm while having a modern restoration to its bathroom and kitchen. Conveniently located within a stone's throw of the general store, cafe and the hotel. We (4) would happily stay here again.
Wayne has done a superb job of revitalising this beautiful building. It was comfortable in all ways. We really enjoyed sitting on both the back & front verandahs with snacks, drinks, coffee & tea. It was a place that made you just want to take it all in. Well done. We will be back!
Great historic property attached to post office in centre of town. Host was accommodating and the house was super clean and the wood heater already going to make our stay cosy. Great central location.
