This nicely updated Spanish Casita Condo is perfectly situated on the sixth hole of the golf course. Beautifully Remodeled Single Story End Unit! There are two patios to enjoy the views.

This Fairways Condo Complex has its own pool, laundry facilities and ice-maker for your use and enjoyment.

Please note: The condo is privately owned does not have access to the pool or golf at the resort. The spa and fitness center at the resort are open to the public and available for a daily fee. The restaurants at the resort is also open to the public.

Great Condo in Napa

This was our second year staying at this location and it did not disappoint. We love the location and the amenities and the owner has always been responsive. We look forward to staying there again.

Clean and quiet

Very nice stay. Beth was extremely helpful and responsive. Stayed with my adult daughter and place is perfect for two adults or two couples. Beautiful area of Napa.

Annual Napa get away

Perfect location in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. Wonderful space with very comfortable beds and living room furniture. Had an issue with front door that owner resolved immediately ;-) Also discussed privately a couple of sanitation issues, and trust they will quickly be resolved.

We love The Fairways

This is our favorite place to stay when we are in Napa and this was the very best unit we have experiences. We loved the updated bathrooms and really enjoyed the outside area. It was so relaxing to read and watch the golfers in such a beautiful setting. Thank you Beth for creating a special place.

Perfect Girls Trip

Really cute condo. Comfortable beds. Great layout with the 2 master suites. It was the perfect location for our girls trip and the music festival on the property grounds. Host was really helpful and responded quickly. Enjoyed our stay!

Great Location

This end unit condo is right off a par 5 fairway at Silverado. Everything was as represented. It was quiet and the expected kitchen utensils were great. Watching golfers was our morning coffee and late afternoon activities from the shaded patio. Great location as we we off to wine country every day. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay! Super nice host

Overall, it was a very nice property, very tranquil and relaxing out in the golf course. It was clean, and the moving process was seamless. Beth was very nice and accommodating, and answered any questions promptly. This was just myself and my wife and we were there for about three weeks. It works well for long-term stays and for families I would definitely recommend this home!

Comfortable condo

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. It had everything needed to settle-in for our 11-days in Napa. Beth was easy to work with and very responsive. It's far from the parking lot, but the wagon provided made it very convenient to get stuff to/from the car. The only negative would be the "science projects" we found in the oven and coffee maker. Everything else was great! We would stay again.

Good location, less than clean

This condo was in a great place to enjoy wine touring or golf. Unfortunately, we did not receive the gate code before we arrived. A nice man came off the golf course and opened the gate for us. We later contacted the owner and were sent instructions. The condo needed updating and we were disappointed there was no information about the area, such as restaurant ideas. Additionally, there were cob webs and the patio was not clean enough to enjoy. We feel that if you are looking for a convient place to stay and don’t care too much about decor, this condo will work.

Great Napa condo

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo was perfect for my wife and me, and or friends from NC. It was on the Silverado Resort golf course and provided a peaceful and quiet retreat from 3 days of wine tasting - close to any Napa or Sonoma county vineyards or cities. It had all of the amenities needed to eat in if we chose; but was close to restaurants and shopping if needed. Beth was the perfect host and responded quickly to any correspondence and provided great suggestions. We’ll try to stay again when in the area!

Relaxing Getaway

Nice condo, good location

Beth provided clear, concise instructions for a smooth check-in after a long day of traveling. The condo was clean with everything we needed. The perfect size for 2 couples and a good home-base location for all of our daily excursions throughout the valley. Would stay here again.

Great location to base yourself in Napa

A lovely, quiet condo in the middle of the Silverado country club. Two sizeable bedrooms with nicely modernized bathrooms and a small but adequate kitchen for dining in. Very convenient for all parts of Napa, although it's a 5-10 minute drive to coffee shops and restaurants. For light sleepers, be warned that the golf course staff start mowing and prepping the course at first light every day!

Loved it!

Loved our stay at Fairways for a month! Clean, very comfortable beds, large showers, kitchen well-equipped for cooking, beautifully landscaped gated community, with pretty views of the mountains and golf course. Quick, Easy route to town, and vineyards and wineries were just one-half mile down the street! Would certainly stay there again!
