We have available a warm, sunny, down-stairs Studio unit in our new home, with semi-rural views.
The studio unit has a super-king bed, (which can also be 2 king singles), TV, table and chairs, electric jug, and a microwave.
The en suite has a vanity, shower, and a toilet, (all wheel-chair accessible)
Local attractions are, beaches, surfing, bush walks and view-points, great sailing area, Te Hikoi Museum and visitor Centre, also many other coastal attractions close by

Quiet comfortable great suited us for a couple of nights stay

Quiet & comfortable. As per listing has microwave & fridge no kitchen sink however there are plenty of dishes & hosts clears these away. Riverton & surrounds definitely well worth visiting.

Light airy room, comfy bed

Janet who greeted us was lovely and our room was very spacious with lots of natural light. The bed was luxurious and the seating by the window was comfortable, though a coffee table would be handy there. Private and quiet, we had a great couple of days. Thank you 😊

Peaceful, calm and cosy

We enjoyed the peace, calm and cosy studio our hosts have created. Janet , who greeted us , was warm and friendly and interested in our family connections to Riverton. We thoroughly enjoyed making use of our free time in the studio to plan our next journey in retirement.

Warm and cosy

Arrived at start of a wintry blast. However it was warm and toasty inside. The heating was easy to regulate overnight and room was spacious. Hosts were in the background, should any assistance be required. All queries were handled efficiently and quickly. A good break for us.

Lovely views with such a comfortable bed! Really pleasant unit…. But no kitchen sink or cleaning cloth and appliances were not clean, neither was toilet!! Had to clean before used!!
