You fall asleep to the waves breaking on the beach after you watch the glorious sunset through the floor to ceiling windows. You can watch the surfers and dolphins from the oceanfront jacuzzi and roast marshmallows over one of the fire pits. The house has .9 Bedrooms and sleeps up to 24 people. You walk from our Premier 8000 square foot oceanfront estate and walk down five steps onto the beach. You can sip wine on the oceanfront as you watch the spectacular sunsets. Enjoy a meal catered by the best chefs from nearby restaurants using locally sourced organic produce, meat and fish. Take a wine tasting tour of the Guadalupe Valley in a luxury van or go horseback riding on the beach or in the hills overlooking the ocean. You can take our kayak out to the kelp beds to fish, you can play tennis on the community tennis courts or you can walk around our development and enjoy the security and calm of a gated guarded ocean front complex. Our house is huge and is perfect for large groups. We are located 10 minutes south of Rosarito next to Puerto Nuevo and near excellent restaurants including La Fonda, Splash and Encanto. We can help you arrange activities for your group or you can relax and soak up the sun and then when you’re ready to go home we’ll give you a fast pass and you can avoid the border wait. We comfortably sleep up to 24 people and we are the ideal destination for birthday’s, celebrations, wedding anniversaries and family reunions. We have renters that are groups of friends coming to Baja to relax or do a little surfing. we have renters celebrating a birthday or a wedding anniversary (including 50th wedding anniversary celebrations) at our home. We have children renting for their mom and dad and we have parents renting and bringing all the children and grandchildren together for a special vacation. Our home caters to everyone and has something for everyone. We have a huge side yard for playing soccer or sunbathing with an in=ground pool that the kids (small and big) love. There is an enormous front yard with hammocks where you can nap, watch the dolphins and then nap a little more. The house is located in the gated upscale community of Mision Viejo with security guards patrolling at all times. It is conveniently located 2 miles south of Puerto Nuevo and 1 mile north of Splash, you are centrally located for fishing, golfing, Guadalupe Valley wine tours, the Ensenada fish market and sport fishing charters. Our guards will call a cab to take you to the clubs in Rosarito and then bring you home.

Our inner courtyard has both gas and mesquite grills and an enormous fireplace. We a rooftop fire-pit directly overlooking the ocean and a fire-pit directly on the ocean which is the perfect place for roasting marshmallows. We have 4 casitas with queen and twin beds in each, a master bedroom with a king bed and a 1500 square foot 2nd floor loft with a king bed, a futon and a sleeper sofa and bunk beds. We also have a TV lounge with a sleeper sofa.

Our home is the northernmost Oceanfront house in this gated community, you step from the lawn onto the beach and our beach is secluded and completely private. We built this house ourselves and we furnish it to ensure high quality and comfort because we stay here also. The house has a state of the art kitchen and a huge dining and living room.

We have a large roof deck to sit on and watch the dolphins and a private master bedroom verandah. You can walk through our seawall gate onto the beach and into the waves. You can take out a board and go surfing in the great breaks in front of our houses that are only available to renters. Go out in our kayak to the kelp beds and catch fish or stand on the beach and surf fish and then grill your catch outside on the BBQ or in our lovely kitchen. When its cool you can sit in front of a roaring fireplace in our great room or play games, read a book or catch up on Netflix in our lounge.

You can sit on the Master bedroom balcony or front patio and read as you watch the pelicans dive for their dinner and the dolphins romp with the surfers. You can walk across our indoor bridge to the roof deck and sit and enjoy an exquisite sunset, after which you can let the ocean send you dreams as you fall asleep to the sound of the surf.
This estate is luxurious and caters to the higher end rental market. If you want a very unique property and the vacation of your dreams in an 'Architectural Digest' home, then this is the house for you.

The granite kitchen features state of the art appliances and is a chef's dream. There is a dining room and a wonderful bookcase lined family room with satellite HD TV.

We have FAST Wireless Internet throughout the house. The courtyard has a built in gas and charcoal BBQ and we have a large private side yard for sunbathing. The side and front lawns are lovely for sitting on or tossing a ball around. The fire pit in front of the ocean means you can roast marshmallows and watch the waves in the evening. This is truly a one of a kind rental.

There are many activities available. Horseback riding through the canyons and hills of Baja or you can walk up the beach to the Sand Dunes, and drive 5 minutes to La Fonda for their world famous Sunday Brunch or to Puerto Nuevo for a lobster dinner. We are central to Rosarito and Ensenada and surrounded by wonderful restaurants.

We are a short drive from the Guadalupe valley and can connect you with Baja Luxury Wine Tours. The Guadalupe is wonderful and you can spend the day wine tasting or go on tours of some of their lovely vineyards.

Great for our family get together

We had a great time at this property. The directions provided on how to get there were on point! The guards were very nice, kept track of who came in and out, and we saw them walking at night around the community so we felt very safe. Everyone we saw walking around in the community was very friendly and waved with a smile. The house was also super safe with a good security gate. The property manager Rick greeted us at the house and gave us a tour of the property showing us how to work the heat in the house, the pools, and the hot tub. He also provided us with plenty of firewood for the fire pits which we didn’t even finish on our 4 day stay. He gave us the number of someone who could run errands for us, which we used a couple of times to buy groceries for us so we could spend more time enjoying the pool or relaxing at home. The guy was super reliable. We celebrated my birthday and I was unsure if I wanted to cook for such a large party; Rick gave me the number of someone who could come cater at the house. We didn’t use her service this time, but we’ll probably do next time. The house is very close to grocery stores and restaurants if you prefer to eat out. The house is super spacious. We had a group of 16 adults with 3 kids and there was room for the kids to run around, play and swim, and for the adults to catch up, relax and have a good time. The kitchen is large enough to prepare big meals or store food for that many people. The rooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were very clean. The wifi was super strong for such a massive property. The hot tub worked perfectly and it was awesome to sit there at night. It provided plenty of privacy because of the house layout. Everyone loved the house and were eager to return. They were already planning for a proposal because of the beautiful ocean access and view. I enjoyed drinking my morning coffee with the wonderful view and sound of the waves. Rick was very accessible and responded promptly to our messages. I didn’t realize when I left that we had accidentally left behind a case with valuables outside the house. We reached out to Rick several hours after we checked out, and he assured us no one had entered the house and that it should be there. He checked the house and retrieved our case from the exact same place I had left it. I felt so relieved and safe to return with such amazing staff, home and security. We definitely recommend staying in this hidden gem 💎 It exceeded our expectations!

The most amazing bachelor/bachelorette weekend ever!

My wife and I just had our co-bachelor/bachelorette celebration here and it was the most amazing weekend ever! The property was amazing and could easily fit our entire party of 17 people comfortably. Rick (the property manager) was incredible and very accommodating to us. Super fast communication as well. I highly recommend staying here if you have a big group of people and you want to stay at a gorgeous property right on the water. We will DEFINITELY be back!

Great Listing, Great Location, Great Communication

We arrived on Friday during what seemed like the peak of the hurricane that passed through. Minor flooding and some ceiling damage occurred due to what i imagine some leaks and water accumulation (can't do anything to prevent mother nature) but we were very impressed with the immediate response by the owner to get help in to get the place in order. With a group this size (16 adults) i was worried there would be limited space but there wasn't i time where i felt cramped. In fact again amazed at how enormous the grounds were. There were plenty of room for activities of all sorts occurring simultaneously. Every guest had a bed to themselves which was important for us, I stayed in one of the casitas which was lovely. Would I come back? Absolutely, as soon as i find some time and convince a dozen friends to share it with.

Extremely dirty. Do not stay here!

We booked four nights over New Years. When we arrived at the place there was a gentleman working on an old beat up van in the garage. He stated he would not leave because he had to work on the owner’s sons car. A gentlemen then proceeded to show us the house. The first thing I noticed was the smell of mold. As we walked the property it was obvious that some places had not been cleaned in months! Old stained couches, dust/crumbs on the tables, grime stained appliances, a refrigerator that didn’t work, old dirty pans, and even a half drank carton of milk in the refrigerator that did work. I immediately contracted the owner, Lizzy Bevan, who told me “please leave and I’ll refund you your money.” No call, no attempt to clean the place, nothing. Incredibly, she did not leave up to her word and refund the entire stay, actually charging me for one night. Now I have to deal with my credit card company. I would be very careful if considering staying at this property, and would actually advise against doing so!

The Whole Famn Damily!

This place is not just a home, it's "un Hotelito"! I never thought it would feel so good to have your own little hotel all to yourselves with only your family wandering the grounds! Kids running around playing the most ultimate Hide and Go Seek game, adults relaxing in lounge chairs next to a well stocked fire pit (thank you Mao for always ensuring we had plenty o' wood!) on the edge of the ocean, at the end of the street, in a private and well guarded community. Streets are quiet and morning strollers with dogs on leash greet you. The guard house is your go-to for many additional things: hooking up a Taxi, getting dinner for the gang, treasure hunting at the local markets. Our hosts Lizzy, John & Mao were very helpful with suggestions on where best to eat and play! Thank you again for a great stay!!

Amazingly beautiful property! So spacious, yet simple and manageable. Property owners were responsive and easy to deal with. They hooked us up with one of air caterers for the first night, her name was Amanda. She was super great, awesome food, and great service! Fantastic sunsets, fantastic times. Relaxing stay at a beautiful ocean-front home.

We had a family reunion with 18 for a week at Lizzy's property with 4 families coming from different areas around the US. Lizzy and John were quick to respond with the many questions we had prior to our arrival. We were given wonderful recommendations and detailed information and directions for our stay. Like other guests, we found the property to be much larger than the pictures suggest. There was plenty of space for our 4 families and grandparents, and everyone had a bed - 5 couples and 8 teenagers. We were able to spend time together relaxing in the yard, reading, listening to the ocean waves, watching the sunset, napping in the hammocks, soaking in the hot tub and playing games. (There are plenty of gathering spaces to choose from for games and dining!) The teenagers rented boards and surfed. We had a few adventures off the compound including visiting Rosarito, Ensenada, Puerto Nuevo, a wine tour in Guadalupe Valley, riding the dunes, and a fishing excursion. Our favorite was the wine tour with Ray and Baja Wine and Dine Tours. He does an amazing job and you will be so impressed with the wineries in Guadalupe Valley. We loved Splash restaurant and would recommend this over the lobster dinner in Puerto Nuevo. We did most of our shopping at the Calimax in Puerto Nuevo and we discovered Mercado del Mar in Rosarito for groceries, wine and tequila. The ocean-front view is amazing, and as others have mentioned there is a strip of rocks to walk on before you get to the sand during low tide. Not a problem for swimming, surfing, or kayaking but with the tide it was tricky for longer beach walks (head to Play la Mision for long walks). Lizzy and John were amazing to work with during our stay. Any issue or question we had, they were quick to respond. The dishwasher broke down and they had it replaced within a day. This is a wonderful property with an amazing layout but does need some maintenance and upgrades as far as appliances, fixtures, and furniture. Thanks for a great stay Lizzy!

Simply Amazing

We were a small group of only four people and it felt as if we were in a palace. We enjoyed the spacious home, loved the location, soothed our souls with the waves, fireplaces, and hot tub, and are already trying to figure out when we can return. The only real downside of this rental is that we ever had to leave at all!

A Slice of Heaven

This place was everything and more! We had a group of 17 stay and there was more than enough room for everyone to sleep comfortably. The pictures do not do justice and the view is incredible. There is a completely uninstructed view to the north. The yard is spacious and great for relaxing or activities like spikeball. Sunsets were absolutely stunning from the deck. There is not a single complaint that we had about our stay. John and Lizzy were very friendly and communicative. We cannot thank you guys enough for sharing your home with us for the holiday weekend!

Perfect for Large Families and a quick get away

We cant express how grateful to have found such a great home that fit 18 people. We never felt cramped or over crowded. The kitchen is huge! with all things you may need to prepare meals at home. The location is great for local tacos and a 10 min. max drive to Puerto Nuevo for Lobster. Also, Rosarito 25min drive away for lively atmosphere. The complex itself felt very safe and was quiet for a weekend. All bedrooms had fresh sheets and there was plenty of restrooms. The view outside was beautiful. plenty of room for the kids to play in the yard with ocean views. Lizzy was so helpful and very prompt with any questions we had this is our third stay here and each time our guest are requesting to come back. We have no complaints and wish we could have stayed longer.

I have now stayed at Lizzy’s place twice. Both times we have had a large group and this house does not disappoint. Lizzy has always been extremely kind, accommodating, and quick to communicate. That makes this place a must for a decent sized group. She has a friend in the same neighborhood named Ray who runs Baja Wine and Food Tours. He is also very kind and accommodating. To be honest, I wish I could go stay there once a month. Beautiful place with very kind people! It’s a must!

The place is incredible!

This truly is a magical place! The picture don't do it justice - it's huuuuge. We had 18 people sleeping there and everyone was comfortable, I also led a few events where up to 30 people were over for a meal and yoga and it worked perfectly. Tons of room - both big spaces for groups and smaller more private spaces. The backyard is incredible! Overall, we just really really loved it and hope to come back soon :) Highly recommend renting this!

Better than expected!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! Once we got there I understand why Lizzy kept referring to the place as a “compound.” It easily fit our group of 17, the house was laid out perfectly to give everyone room. Our favorite parts were the secluded vibe, location right on the beach, and the many fire pit hang out spots. Our experience was simply better than we could have imagined.

Amazing, spacious, and calming estate in front of the beach!

This place is incredible! Our host was very accomodating and very quick to respond with any questions. He was also flexible with check-in and check-out times, which was extremely helpful as well. The place felt like a home and the host made it feel that way as well. It was clean and had all the necessities for a few days retreat with a few added luxuries including hammocks, fireplaces, our own pool, a jacuzzi and an amazing top porch overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The gated neighborhood was superb, with security 24 hours a day, we felt at ease and secure. The community was within a few minutes drive of a small town in which we bought everything we needed, and its location was exceptionally situated between Rosarito in the north and Ensenada in the south. The host, Rick, spoke perfect English and was very nice and easy to talk to. Extremely friendly and welcoming. We already have plans of staying here again in the future. Thanks again! In gratitude towards our stay, one of our guests also wished to add the following excerpt: "Yo mega recomiendo la casa si lo que buscas es relajarte por que se encuentra en la ubicacion perfecta fuera de la ciudad y el ruido. I love this house

This house made our trip so special - we truly didn't want to leave! The backyard is phenomenal and it was perfect for our group of 14 adults. Five pairs of people had their own room, and the other 4 people shared the master suite (which I believe has a king bed, bunk beds and a pull-out bed). There was plenty of room - this place is huge. Enrique was super responsive and helpful leading up to and during our trip, which was incredible. One tip would be to bring Chacos or Tevas if you want to go on the beach since it's rocky. Can't wait to come back again to this place!!

Effortless weekend getaway!

My guests and I stayed at this impressive vacation home June 8-11. We arrived and were promptly greeted at the gate and shown to the property. The gentleman showed us around the entire house and we immediately felt at home. Photos of this house don’t do justice to its size. While there are several common areas, the bedrooms also offer great privacy. This home is excellent for large groups and multiple families. We made great use of the rooftop seating areas, which offered gorgeous views of the coastline. My favorite common area was around the patio fireplace. It was perfect for roasting marshmallows and communal time! This home even provides access to the pebble beach, which the surfers in the group really enjoyed. Overall a very wonderful weekend! We hope to visit with you again!

This is the view from our roof deck which is one of my favorite places in the house. You can see north to Rosarito and south to La Mision and watch the ocean and the dolphins. During migration season you can see the mother and baby grey whales swimming north to Alaska. This is a dream place to take your family or a large group of friends. You need have no worries about where the children are, the complex is completely secure and our beach is private. You can go on a tour of the Guadalupe valley, pick from great restaurants like La Fonda and Splash or take out the kayak to the kelp beds and bring in fish for dinner. Our family rides horses through the hills and you cannot ask for a better place to take your family. .......Lizzy

Why they chose this property

We love Baja and being able to own an oceanfront home was our life long dream. This complex is secure and close to wonderful restaurants and Rosarito.

What makes this property unique

You can go to this property and just enjoy a week or two of completely relaxation and not have to worry about doing anything. We have a maid that will come in daily if you wish and we also have someone that will cook your meals for you and we have wonderful restaurants nearby. There are plenty of actives you can choose, you can go our to the kelp beds and catch your own dinner, take a wonderful tour of the Guadalupe vineyards, horseback ride, deep sea fish in Ensenada or spend the day sunbathing or swimming. Don't forget a glass of wine in the jacuzzi as you watch the sunset. This is an amazing place to take your family.
