Very quiet and private little oasis with your own private back yard with a BBQ. Your space is yours and your privacy is important to us. We take pride in our property and your place is spotless and lovely and clean. (Check out what our guests have said about their stay!)

Enjoy a sleep in with block out curtains in the bedroom.

Lovely stroll to the beach through the reserve in just 8 mins away and a 1.5km walk to the Palm Beach shopping center, library and Fashion Island. Several lovely restaurants are close by and the Papamoa Tavern hosts many artists for a fun night.

Di & Bill were fantastic hosts, the unit was very modern, clean and very well appointed, we needed nothing, very spacious and in a very quiet area. Step out the side sliding door and walk along the reserve park path to the beach.

Absolutely lovely people. We moved from Australia and stayed there while looking for a rental. Once we found a place Di offered us a microwave, dishes, chairs, cutlery and bedding while we are waiting for our own stuff to arrive. Saved us big time. The accommodation was lovely, private and pet friendly. Thanks for everything you guys are very special people.

We had the occasion to stay at this property for one night. It was exceptionally good value for money. It had everything that a traveler would need. I did not realise that I had not actually booked a B & B and so was lucky that there was all linen provided. All we lacked was some milk for our drink which we soon obtained. I'm sure that if we had asked we would have been provided with some to carry us over. The setting is just wonderful - both within the grounds of the property and the surrounding reserve-like area. Would highly recommend. This property was exactly half the price of a motel unit that we at first enquired about. Again great value
