Very comfortable condo. Clean and comfortable. The other residents at the condo were super friendly. Great atmosphere. Owner was super sweet and responsive when I had after hours check in problems. I really appreciated that!!

Beach time!

Great property, great location

Great place for relaxing at the beach! From owner to office staff to security, all were helpful, available and courteous. We didn’t use the pools, but the “extras” (pools, ball courts, mini golf, and playground) make this a great location for kids. Looking forward to returning with family!

Great place to stay

We had a great vacation at this property. It is very close to the beach & the pool. The property was clean & inviting. We have stayed at this property twice, and if we come back to Atlantic Beach we will stay here again.

The condo was very clean and well maintained! It was very close to the outdoor pool, and only a short walk to the beach. Will definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful Location - Wonderful Host

Beautifully decorated, clean condo containing everything necessary for a family vacation at the beach. Ashley was a wonderful host, responding to all inquiries in a very timely manner. Very nice condo

The condo was very clean and comfortable. There are plenty of pots, pans, dishes and glasses. The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the view of the ocean. Being close to the elevator was very helpful! We would recommend this condo.

Owner is attentive, great for families

We had a great time. The pool/slide area is great for families. The owner was attentive to small issues and fixed immediately. The condo elevator is slow and I think the ac is broke in it. I dreaded it every time I had to get in because it was so hot and stuffy. The hallways had all the doors shut and there was no breeze flowing through the open space area. Our unit had a nice side view of the ocean and our parking area. No trailers allowed, which we did not know. Luckily one of our friends rented a house and we were able to park it there.

Quick getaway

Family had a three day weekend we decided to spend it at the beach. The unit was fine for us, it sleeps 6 but it would be small if it was 6 adults. The view was great. The kitchen had everything we needed, but was tight—if you’re looking for a space where you can make big meals this is not the unit for you. What this unit was—it was comfortable and easy to relax. Quick walk out to the beach, close to the indoor and outdoor pool. Parking was easy (note we went in the off season). Quick drive to everything in Atlantic beach.

Gorgeous Condo, Stunning View, Perfect Location

Our family had an absolutely wonderful time. The condo was beautifully decorated and had plenty of space for our family. We were located in such a convenient location that was far from the beach and down the steps from the pool. In the evenings we would sit on the balcony and had a perfect view of the water. Ashley was immediately available to answer any questions we had. We could not ask for more. I will also note that we had other family members rent from other condos for family vacation and I would not have picked any other condo. Thank you so much for the memories we made with our family.

Time to rejuvenate April 3-10, 2021

My son, daughter-in-law, and 17 year old grandson and I spent a wonderful week in this great condo. Ashley Capp was terrific to work with--helpful and friendly e-mails prior to arrival as well as fast response to any concerns or needs during our stay. The ocean view from the deck and living room is fantastic!!! Kitchen is well stocked, plenty of everything and then some in the condo. Very homey feel and decorations are great. Super convenient to elevator, access to boardwalk to beach, indoor pool, and gas grills. We loved our week there and look forward to renting this condo again in the future. Thank you Ashely for everything!!

Updated beachfront apartment

I really loved the modern renovations and classy decor at this property. Heads up: pay attention to what amenities are/are not included in the rental. I didn’t read it through carefully and assumed shampoo/conditioner and a blow dryer would be provided and they weren’t. I purchased a blow dryer and left it in the apartment for future guests. I did give this feedback to the host and suggested he offer these amenities, but not sure if that will happen or not. This was not a deal breaker at all because the other positives were great. Another part of our family stayed in another unit in the same property and their unit was not even half as nice as this one we stayed in! The communication with the host was wonderful and prompt. The AC went out half way through our stay and he worked hard to find a company to replace it the following morning on a busy holiday week! Oh, and the pool is awesome! Would stay here again. Thanks!

Safe getaway during the pandemic

I decided my two year old and I needed a little beach getaway during this pandemic. This place was the best! Very clean (although I did wipe down surfaces with disinfectant wipes), fully stocked with kitchen appliances, towels, paper towels and toilet paper. Both rooms were clean and the entire condo was decorated so cute! The location is perfect for social distancing. The resort did put a restriction on the indoor pool, but the outdoor pool seemed a little less enforced. With that being said, the other guests seemed to social distance on their own. And the beach access was PERFECT! There was so much space between where we sat and other groups. It was definitely a well needed getaway and very relaxing. I did see a couple of restaurants while driving in, but I brought food and just cooked in the condo to avoid eating out. There are plenty of stores, including a grocery store about 10 mins away. And last but not least, the owner was super nice! I tend to ask a lot of questions and she was very responsive and I didn't sense any attitude or annoyance in her responses (lol). I would definitely stay here again.
