It consists of a living room (possibility of sleeping 140 with the convertible sofa) opening onto a sunny courtyard, an equipped kitchen, a first bedroom with a 140 bed, a bathroom with WC and furniture under sink, a second bedroom with 2 bunk beds 90. Outside a pretty courtyard with garden furniture, barbecue. A storeroom with washing machine and water point.

Location vacances St Pierre d'Oléron - Août 2022
Expérience en demi-teinte. Petite maison en location avec du charme et bien située. Toutefois l'état de la salle de bain montre un manque de ménage en profondeur par le prestataire. Une vérification plus régulière pendant la saison des locations des équipements ne serait pas du luxe (ampoules grillées, lits enfants à resserrer, manque de verre du quotidien, nettoyage de l'aspirateur, etc). Nous ne sommes d'habitude pas exigeants, mais le prix élevé de cette location justifie un peu plus d'entretien et de vérifications. Pas sûr que nos remontées aient été entendues à l'agence Foncia, qui ne nous pas donné l'impression de s'y intéresser. La multiplication des intermédiaires (Abritel/Pop Holydays/Foncia) doit certainement rien arranger.
