Excellent location close to supermarket and shops. Good ambiance, great shower. Perhaps a longish narrow mirror next to TV would give a more spacious feel, but most of all as a convenient cloths dressing aid. Nice hosts and very private and cosy

It is a tiny space, but has everything we needed. Just one block from the center of town. Scrupulously clean and tidy. The owner is very friendly and helpful.

The cottage is tiny. It looks bigger in the photo. It’s a single small room with double bed and very cramped.

Great location, very comfortable. Highly recommended.
This little place grew on me. It was so cosy and characterful and the host was respectful of privacy and I would definitely book it again. Thanks Theresa.
If you are wanting quiet and safe solitude in surroundings close to any amenity you are likely to require then this is the ideal place for you. A perfect comfortable character filled home for one or a cosy stopover for two
Excellent property, really quant and peaceful, all you need to unwind. Perfect positionand so close to all amenities and the main street. Theresa was a fantastic host. Definitely will be back to stay..AAA
Accommodation very comfortable. Well set up with everything we needed. From a gardeners' perspective, ' beautiful english cottage gardens' the garden could do with a little tidy up. All in all worth staying again.
The host was present and helpful but not intrusive. It was good having off street parking during a busy time for Greytown, with a supermarket very handy - just down the road. A pretty setting and garden, a tidy and presentable venue (with fast hot water) and a very comfortable bed! Thank you for a great stay.
Perfect location close to the main street but very quiet. A real 'tiny house', but equipped with everything I needed. Loved the sense of privacy, especially having its own courtyard so I could just sit and read.
This place is situated in a cottage garden in a quiet and peaceful setting. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will look to book again when in Greytown next.
Lovely property that looks just like the photos. One small mistake on our part that the host was very understanding of. Easy walking access to town, safe quiet area, set in a lovely garden
We moved to the Wairarapa for a change of lifestyle and at that time affordability of home ownership. My partner is a Blind Low Vision member and he has a guide dog. The Wairarapa in terms of accessibility is awesome as he can be more independent. The train is a brilliant service as well as bus. We are loving the community vibe and knowing our neighbours. A great supportive community and people is what life is about.
Why they chose this property
If you are looking for a quiet get away this is your space. There is an outdoor area when in summer is a great place to read and have a wine .Our house is separate to the studio and the only shared space is the driveway. So privacy is guaranteed. I can also fetch and drop guests from and to the train if necessary by prior arrangement.
What makes this property unique
Greytown is a stunning boutique town in the hub of the Wairarapa. We are approximately 200 metres from the super market. Great places for coffee and dining along with boutique shopping make this a great couple getaway. At the corner of Wood and Main Street is the Corner Cafe, great for the early coffee, and a great value breakfast to start your day of adventures. Vineyards of Martinborough and Gladstone an easy drive from this location. Cape Palliser and Nga Wi are easy drives also with great scenery. You might spot the seals.
