Agréable maison de ville. Propre très confortable. Bien équipée. Un vrai moment de calme après les journées de visite de la ville. Bonne communication avec l hôte. Bref sans soucis

Un très bon choix.

Une maison qui ne paye pas de mine en façade principale mais qui se révèle un endroit plein de charme et très confortable. Elle est assez vaste pour 4,avec 2 vraies chambres et 2 salles de bains et un salon ouvert sur le jardin. La présence d'une cuisine d'été dans un appenti extérieur a été un plus appréciable en cet été très chaud. Tout était propre et tout fonctionnait, ce qui est assez rare pour être souligné. la localisation est paradoxale, située dans une rue "ancienne" à proximité immédiate du nouveau quartier de la Cartoucherie. Nous venons souvent à Toulouse et cette maison est la meilleure sur une dizaine de séjours déjà effectués.

Joli maison

Excellente semaine à Toulouse La maison typique est spacieuse. Et nous étions bien. Nous avions une place en pour la voiture et un beau jardin

Kleines stilvolles Haus in ruhiger Umgebung

Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war einfach und unkompliziert. Der Schlüssel liegt in einer codegesicherten Schlüsselbox, das heißt flexible Eincheckzeit am Ankunftstag. Das Haus ist schon etwas älter, aber gemütlich, mit großem Küchen-/Wohnbereich. Schräg gegenüber gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt, in dem man alles bekommt. Zu Fuß ist man in 15 Minuten an der Metrostation und in 30 - 40 min. im alten Stadtzentrum. Es gibt ein schönes Gärtchen hinter dem Haus, während unseres Aufenthalts konnten wir frische Feigen vom riesigen Feigenbaum ernten. Bei Ankunft war alles sauber und ordentlich, wir haben es entsprechend hinterlassen. Wer sich was Modernes mit Pool wünscht ist hier falsch, wir haben uns in der künstlerisch/stilvoll angehauchten Atmosphäre sehr wohl gefühlt. Merci Monsieur Poulard!

Très bon séjour

La maison est conforme à l'annonce. Le décor est soigné. La maison est accueillante et chaleureuse. Il y a également une épicerie pratique et bien fournie à deux pas.
