A suite with a double bed, a shower room and a dressing room with toilet.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with 140cm beds, a shower room and an independent toilet.
The house is equipped with a floor cooling system.
Garden: A terraced plot of land not fenced in but bordered by trees.
A magnificent weeping willow providing natural shade for family meals.
A natural pool which is not secured.
Below, the pool area, sunbathing areas. The pool is 11m x 4.80m and 1.50m deep. Pool secured by an electric roller shutter. A petanque court and a table tennis table.
