Loved family bach with WOW factor. Contemporary and spacious with easy indoor/outdoor living on large deck with FABULIOUS VIEWS of the lighthouse. and bay. New TOP QUALITY lounge furniture. New modern SMART T V.
. Totally private if you are looking for that quiet weekend away from the crowds!
Ideal for family groups or friends. Children not included in the allowed number of 6 so can have 6 adults plus children, please enquire!

Our property is an ideal getaway for couples or family groups to relax and enjoy all that Castlepoint has to offer while staying in a very private loction.
Earlier arrival or late departure on request.
This bach is located 50 minutes from Masterton, Wairarapa.
Great coastal walks with sea on one side, farm land on the other, or wander along the beach and maybe have a swim. The iconic Castlepoint lighthouse walk is a must.
Great spot for fishing off the reef or surfcasting.
THREE NIGHTS MINIMIN STAY over long weekends/public holidays.
Easter weekend 4 nights minimin stay (negotiable)

As this is a family bach, we would prefer guests did not host parties.

Lovely house with a great holiday feel. Has everything you need for a relaxing break. Great picture window views & deck overlooking the bay & lighthouse. Comfy beds & couches & kitchen has all the utilities need.Shower temperature is either hot or cold. Parking bay is tight & on a slope. Otherwise it is worth it for a great house & location.

Gorgeous house and spectacular views
This house is one of the nicest we’ve stayed in. It’s so spacious and comfortable as well as bright and airy. The views are breathtakingly lovely. We cooked every night and the kitchen had everything we needed. And as a bonus there are very interesting books to read. Altogether a very relaxing and enjoyable break. Thank you!

Superb
Elevated over Castlepoint, the house has glorious views. The 2 days we stayed were wet and windy, but we could see all the weather on the sea, and we did make it to the lighthouse, which is such a great sight at night. The bach had everything we needed and more. Warm and cosy and we loved being outside on the verandah but sheltered from the rain watching all the hardy souls brave the water. A great spot.

A wonderful location & lovely home. Clean & bright with a 180 degree lookout over the bay. Very comfortable & excellent facilities. Needed to be mindful of water usage but I could handle that having grown up on a farm where summer droughts were not uncommon. So private and perfect place to get away from it all and seriously relax.

Girls weekend
A fabulous million dollar view coupled with a very open plan social living area and you’ve got the perfect house to be with your friends and family. We will definitely be staying again! The deck is gorgeous in the mornings with the sunrise and gorgeous in the evenings with the moonrise. Best view in Castle Point.

Fabulous short break away
We had such a fabulous time. The weather was average but we got to watch the storm roll in and out from the comfort of the couch. The view is amazing. Very tidy and clean with everything you need in the kitchen. It was hard to leave.

I can't imagine a better place to stay at Castlepoint. The views are breathtaking and the house layout makes the most of soaking it all in. It was wonderful for our family, lots of personal space for everyone as well room to gather together. Everything you could need is provided. We absolutely will be booking again. Thank you!

A Slice of Heaven
Our third time visiting and although the weather was poor, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay again. Incredible view. Our visitors from Scotland were blown away with how good it was.

We had a great break away in this comfortable home with excellent views. It was warm and welcoming . As other reviewers have noted the hot/cold running shower was the only negative in an otherwise awesome stay.
