Located in the Whitianga waterways, have access to waterways beach around the corner from the house.
5 mins walk to Countdown and the Warehouse.
10-15 mins walk to the beachside town of Whitianga with its fantastic cafes and boutique shops, with the beautiful Buffalo Beach at the end of the town street.
All flat, so great for biking.
Quiet neighbourhood.
Safe for kids. Completely enclosed with fences and a hedge.
600m to Countdown supermarket and The Warehouse.
Large deck area covered with Pergola with BBQ.
Trampoline for the kids.
Modern brick home. Purpose built for outdoor summer living and BBQs.
