This beautiful Bach is perfect for your next family holiday. The modern 3 bedroom house is linked to a sleepout with a huge deck. The sleepout is self contained with 2 bedrooms and a separate bathroom, so is great for two families staying together. The main house has a large open plan living area that is great for entertaining. All North facing so gets all day sun!

This Bach is perfect for two families wanting to holiday together, or for the extended family. It is great for young children - as we have young children ourselves!

NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition you are expected to: Clean the house and do the dishes before you leave; Bring your own linen (towels/sheets/tea towels);

Friends Gathering

Great for a group of 9 singles. Great location, plenty of space. Some furniture not in a good state of repair. No futon bed in lounge as advertised. Cleanliness disappointing - a deep clean is required, we left it cleaner than we found itThe instruction list on the fridge needs reprinting as cannot read itWe had a fun weekend at Cooks Beach

Great spot to relax

What a great location and wonderful setting. This was very family friendly. We had two families and each got their own space. Would definitely recommend!

Great for two families

Cool spot to chill with friends and catch up. Great for our group that included 5 kids age 2-11. Not super close to the water but an easy walk to very nice beach for kids. Was super easy all the way around.

Amazing hosts and property

Amazing property, great for family of 5 with young kids. Lots of room for them to run round outside. Quiet neighbourhood. Hosts were amazing with communication and understanding of situation we had. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed with partner, 2 young kids (9mo, 3yrs) and my parents and the layout and space was great. Photos on listing probably don't fullu do the property justice

Beautiful oasis

Photos do not give this bach justice. Great sized rooms even had bean bags for the kiddies to lay out in the sun. Amazing webber bbq for a classic kiwi dinner. The beaches and locals where all amazing.

Great place for families

Spacious and well equipped property, the kids loved the toys and all the outdoor space to run around and play. The only thing we lacked was a coffee plunger. Thanks very much!

Fantastic Bach

Our first time to Cooks and we had a fantastic stay. The bach had everything we needed and was perfect for our 2 families to have separate sleeping areas. Really good having 2 bathrooms, 2 fridges and a big freezer. Outside shower was brilliant for washing the sand from the beach off. Great location, walking distance to shops and kids could bike around the little lake across the road. Great deck area, patch of grass for kids to play on and the property was clean with lots of good DVDs and board games. We will definitely be back.

Fantastic property. Nice furnishings with amazing accommodation facilities.

I came to stay at the property with friends that I was competing in a race with. We really appreciated the space within the property and the ability to be together but not quite in each other's pockets. There were masses of crockery, games, beds. We loved the decking area where we socialized early evening, and the large kitchen area. Take your own plunger, and maybe bottled water as the water had a slightly weird taste! Overall a superb property.

Good property to stay at. Very private when using property from landlords. Easy going. No hidden surprises. Just no wifi. Dont whether that was bad thing or really good.

Great property for families

House/es are great for families, nice, clean, tidy and well presented property. Would recommend if you're looking for a property that can accommodate a large/multiple families. Great location as is handy to all the tourist spots but not too busy. Would definitely stay here again :)
