Architecturally designed and situated on a gorgeous bush fringed, sunny section this holiday home is both unique and charming and the outllook over the trees to the sand spit and ocean is to die for. The house is a brief stroll to the calm, sandy harbour beach at the end of Pearl St or walk a couple of minutes further to the stunning surf beach and avoid the summer traffic jams there at the carpark. When you get home from the beach, you can wash the sand off in the groovy outdoor shower.
The main house has 2 bedrooms and the upstairs landing between the rooms also has a single bed there's also a bathroom and kitchen with dishwasher. In addition, for larger groups (over 6 people), there is a sleepout which has a queen and single with trundler and a bathroom.
In a location where people are increasingly building houses that are the same as each other, it is a real delight for us to present this wonderfully unique home and to offer it to rent for people who want more than just a roof over their head but desire an experience as well. LINEN OPTIONS: To keep your holiday more affordable, for this property we offer linen as an optional extra for guests who prefer to bring their own. If you choose to bring your own linen, you will need to supply top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, towels and bath mats. Pillows, Duvets and Duvet covers will be provided.
Alternatively, a rental linen package is available for $25 per person. To request this service, please add a note to your booking specifying the number of people requiring linen and which beds you would like prepared.
BOOKING PAYMENT: Although Bookabach/VRBO take your credit card details, all booking payments are made to Bach Stay NZ Limited who manage this property for the owners. Once your booking is approved, we will send you a payment email with a choice of credit card payment (a 3% surcharge applies) or bank transfer (no charges). Please note the amount stated as 'Deposit Paid at Property' on the Bookabach/VRBO quote is actually a refundable bond that will be collected as part of the accommodation payment, it is not collected at the property as the wording suggests.
