A beautifully furnished, modern apartment in a fantastic location! It is part of a gated complex very close to town and has a single garage so you can leave the car behind and walk into town making it very handy for all the great events Taupo has to offer.
This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom property sleeps 6 people and has a porta cot which you are welcome to use.
The complex is well situated only a few minutes walk to shops restaurants and bars and the boat harbour is only a minute away. The complex has a well fenced communal *pool and BBQ area. All in all, a great place for a getaway weekend with friends!
This is a modern Kiwi bach as we know and love, it is a simple and affordable shared home, made for families to enjoy and make lasting memories of Great Lake Taupo. For this reason there may be some personal belonging.
A single garage is available for parking, there is additional car parks with in the complex to be shared and availability cannot be guaranteed. Trailers (including boats), camper-vans and caravans are strictly prohibited.
This property is part of a complex so body corporate rules apply and must be adhered too.
Special conditions:
Strictly no parties, a few quiet drinks is fine but you must be respectful of the property and its neighbours especially as this property is part of a complex with permanent residents. When making a request please ensure you have read the listing details and house rules carefully for suitability. Please include information on your group, what brings you to Taupo and who is travelling with you.
This complex is riverside and has a pool so please supervise children at all times. Swimming in the the river is not advised as it can be very dangerous due to strong currents.
*The three levels are connected by stairs so please be mindful that this apartment may not suit everyone.

When making a booking request please include information on the age range of the guests intending to stay and your plans for while you are in Taupō.
We have a strict no large group or parties policy, disruption to the neighbours will not be tolerated. If we are notified of parties or illegal activity you will be evicted.
You will be required to complete a check in form prior to arrival (excluding identity verified, Airbnb accounts) which will include a copy of your ID and the details of all guests intending to stay at the property. Failure to complete this form will result in the booking being cancelled.
The guest named on the booking is responsible for the property for the duration of the stay and must take all reasonable care of the house. For breakages or damages be aware that you will be charged for the repair or replacement plus a 10% handling fee. It's your responsibility to familiarise yourself with potential hazards or situations during the stay and take appropriate care or actions if needed.
All properties must be left reasonably clean and tidy, ensuring all furniture and appliances are returned to where they were. A general service clean is included, but if the property requires extra cleaning, you could be charged an additional $50.00 per hour, this includes BBQ’s, excess rubbish, soiled linen and odour removal.
All bookings are accepted on the basis that you have read, understand, and agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions and House Rules.
