Hawai Holiday House is a spacious family Bach set over three levels. Four large bedrooms comfortably sleep up to nine people with three full bathrooms. The main level has an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area opening out to the BBQ and outdoor balcony.
The top level features the private Master bedroom with en-suite. Two further bedrooms and main bathroom are located on the mid level off the lounge and dining area. The fourth bedroom has a King & Single bed with en-suite, on the ground floor alongside the entrance and double garage.
Enjoy this sought after location with just a 10 minute walk down the hill to the 2 Mile Bay Sailing Centre, boat ramp and lakefront. Conveniently located close to local shops, which include a dairy, local bar, fish & chip shop, hair salon and liquor store.
This is a classic Kiwi Bach as we know and love, it is a simple and affordable shared home with no frills, made for families to enjoy and make lasting memories of Great Lake Taupo.
NOTE: Under Kiwi Bach tradition you are expected to: Bring your own linen (towels/sheets/tea towels)or use our hire service. If you wish to add the linen hire of $15 per person please select this option when booking or let us know in the comments section.

Strictly no parties, a few quiet drinks is fine but you must be respectful of the property and its neighbours. This is a family home in a quiet residential area, not suitable for large groups of adults. Disruption to the neighbours will not be tolerated.

We have a strict no large group or parties policy, disruption to the neighbours will not be tolerated. If we are notified of parties or illegal activity you will be evicted.
You will be required to complete a check in form prior to arrival (excluding identity verified, Airbnb accounts) which will include a copy of your ID and the details of all guests intending to stay at the property. Failure to complete this form will result in the booking being cancelled.
The guest named on the booking is responsible for the property for the duration of the stay and must take all reasonable care of the house. For breakages or damages be aware that you will be charged for the repair or replacement plus a 10% handling fee. It's your responsibility to familiarise yourself with potential hazards or situations during the stay and take appropriate care or actions if needed.
All properties must be left reasonably clean and tidy, ensuring all furniture and appliances are returned to where they were. A general service clean is included, but if the property requires extra cleaning, you could be charged an additional $50.00 per hour, this includes BBQ’s, excess rubbish, soiled linen and odour removal.
All bookings are accepted on the basis that you have read, understand, and agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions and House Rules.
