The large deck on the North side, boasts all day sun and wonderful teak outdoor sofas for lounging on plus a large concrete table for entertaining. There is a second outdoor area out the back with outdoor couches. The flat section allows easy access, plenty of parking and enough grass for a game of cricket or to kick a ball around. Its a 5 min walk to beautiful Langs beach with wonderful swimming and water acitivites, or beach side Pohutukawas to lie under in the shade.
