A ne pas recommander

J'ai dû annuler mes vacances pour un problème personnel. J'ai aussitôt envoyé un mail à Mr Paul Maintier pour l'en informer. Je n'ai eu aucune réponse. J'ai renvoyé un autre mail pour être sure qu'il ait bien reçu mon mail comme quoi je ne viendrais pas. Je lui demandais également s'il y avait une possibilité d'avoir un remboursement partiel. Encore une fois, je n'ai eu aucune réponse. Je peux comprendre que ce monsieur ne veuille pas me rembourses mais il pourrait avoir au moins la politesse de répondre. Tant qu'il s'agissait de la réservation, j'avais une réponse rapide et ensuite plus rien. Cela montre la bonne éducation de ce monsieur et surtout qu'il n'est intéressé que par le fait de toucher l'argent et c'est tout. Je ne recommanderais évidemment pas cette location.

Punaises de lit

Le séjour était parfait sauf que l'appartement est infesté de punaises de lit. Je suis couverte de boutons et j'ai très peur d'infester mon appartement maintenant. Je demande le remboursement du séjour ce genre de problème ne devrait pas arriver dans ce genre de location cela devrait être surveillé Cordialement Beatrice Mathe

Très bonne situation en centre ville mais au calme

Appartement agréable. Pièce principale climatisée. Semaine de canicule donc pas possible de profiter de la terrasse sur laquelle donne le bloc Clim. Très appréciable de pouvoir avoir une place de parking en sous sol.

Sehr schönes Apartement in zentraler Lage. Alles fussläufig erreichbar. Cavalair hat uns sehr gut gefallen, sehr schöner Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die wunderbare Umgebung. Alles in Allem gerne wieder.

Expérience à renouveler

Un appartement bien situé, confortable, bien équipé. Un accueil anticipé sur l’heure prévue donc c’était pratique. Nous avons noté que le remplacement du frigo était prévu et ce sera une bonne chose. Il est un peu petit et vieillot pour des séjours de 3 semaines. Quant au garage qui est souvent évoqué dans les commentaires, il ne pose aucun souci et est très pratique. Un vrai plus pour la location

bien mais pourrait être mieux

mauvais depart car l'ascenseur était en panne jusqu'au lundi après-midi et à 78 ans monter 4 étages avec des valises ce n'est pas top; La clim ne sert pas à grand-chose car elle débouche è l'interieur du balcon donc ça devient très vite insupportable et la nuit elle est très bruyante. Télé souvent hors service. Par contre appartement très agréable et confortablr, très calme, bonne literie

Superbe appartement près du port et de la plage avec grand balcon hyper calme

Très bel appartement avec un super balcon côté jardin au calme. Près du port et des plages. Commerces à proximité immédiate, le top, tout a pieds. Et le garage en sous-sol.

Super appartement

Très bel appartement clair et propre. Fonctionnel avec tous ce qu'il faut. Idéalement Situé plein centre ville et proche de la plage parfait ! Dans une grande résidence masi tellement calme vraiment reposant. La personne qui nous accueilli était très agréable et arrangeante. Je recommande à 100% merci aux propriétaires nous avons passés une très bonne semaine en famille.
