You will love the apartment because it is spacious and gets afternoon sun in through the many windows into both bedrooms and the living area.

The 2 bedrooms are separated by an open plan kitchen and living area with a large 3-seater couch and chaise, and sofa. The lounge seats 8.

We hope you enjoy the complimentary Netflix, and Freeview digital TV.

You are on the doorstep to restaurants and nightlife, shopping, the waterfront, the public transport hub, museums, convention centre, exhibition centre, and numerous other highlights.

It is perfect for business travellers and families as it has full amenities.

If you are arriving by car, you are welcome to hire the car park during your stay. It is covered/secure. Please enquire first, as there is a fee for this, and is not always available.

Breakfast is provided and all linen is provided free of charge. You will also have fresh fruit, tea and coffee, bread and spreads, and cereals.

On arrival, we will meet you at the apartment building, show you in, and hand you the keys, and answer any questions you may have about your stay or Wellington.

Great location and comfy

We had a great stay at Rich’s property. It was a stones throw from the wharf and museum and good places to eat. A bit noisy at night but worth it for proximity to everything. It meant we could easily be there without a car. And Rich was super helpful & quick to reply, including a late check out which was really handy. Def recommend.

Wonderful Wellington CBD apartment

We had a fantastic stay at the inner city apartment in Wellington. Easy to walk almost everywhere from this apartment. Quiet apartment block aside from the unavoidable city noise. Good facilities and supplies provided. Friendly and helpful owner. Thank you Richard and Paul.

Spacious Apartment in CBD

The apartment is very nice with lots of room and amenities. Host was very responsive and friendly. Easy to walk to anywhere downtown from the location.

CBD apartment

Great CBD location, perfect for walking everywhere. The communication was good & the apartment nice and clean. The things that would have made our stay perfect are small, pillows could do with replacing and "breakfast included" the milk & juice were fresh but expired cereals, no butter or bread. Overall though a good experience.

Great central location

Overall, a great stay. Right downtown, ideal for local sights and plenty of food places around. Apartment is dated but clean and well equipped. Would stay there again.

Close to all the best food places

We stayed four nights and we were able to enjoy the best of what Wellington had to offer. Within walking distance to great eateries, bars and entertainment. We were also able to chillax with wine and food at the apartment. The apartment was comfortable, clean and quirky. Also has a car part, if you need one. We really enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

Great location

We had a great stay – the location is second to none and Rich was so responsive and pleasant to deal with. The property itself is pretty tired (more of a student accommodation feel and needs a bit of TLC) and as other guests have noted, it can be noisy at night so I wouldn’t recommend this stay for small kids (like we had) as there’s a lot going on at night! But overall the location is hard to beat and Rich is a great host, so would recommend just based on that. Thanks again for having us!

Great location, clean and comfortable but dated

This apartment is in an older building that could use a little TLC. However, the location is great as it is a 5 minute walk to Cuba Street and Le Papa museum. Everything is clean but the furniture is a bit worn out. I still recommend it because it is a good value for the price and Rich is very responsive..

Localisation parfaite.

L’appart est situé à une rue de Cuba street et toute son activité. Le musée Te Papa est au coin de la rue ce qui en fait un endroit idéal pour des vacances à Wellington. Par contre, c’est très bruyant.

We had a fantastic stay , great communication from host , I felt safe coming from a small town to the city , it was a little noisy because it’s really close to all the bars but overall it was fantastic and I would defiantly recommend

Te Aro Apartment V13

We highly recommend this apartment. It is perfectly located in Central Wellington, we were able to walk easily to local attractions and cafes. The apartment is very clean and spacious. New World is a walk around the corner, we were able to cook dinners etc in the large kitchen. We will definitely be back - Thanks Rich

Superb Location.

We couldn’t ask for a better location; everything we wanted just an easy walk away! Surprisingly spacious 2 bedroom apartment - comfortable, clean & tidy. We slept well despite the expected weekend bustle from the streets below. Great communication throughout with Rich, who is a fantastic host. We will stay again, Thank you!

Gem in the city

The whole process and communication with property owners was very easy. Such a great appartment with full kitchen and laundry. A few minute walk to te papa and cuba street made it a great location. Some noise at night but earplugs were kindly supplied for the light sleepers. Warm and cosy evening spent with netflix after a busy day exploring the city. Will be back x

Location and the easiest check in!

An amazing location in central Wellington. We were shown the apartment by Paul - he met and greeted us and then showed us to the apartment. So easy and recommend to anyone.
