We are happy to offer an affordable, modern, comfortable, safe quality studio apartment for holiday rental.

We would love you come and stay and relax in our studio accommodation. With it's open plan living / bedroom with a lovely King bed and ensuite, wall mounted swivel TV (featuring Netflix and Free to View) which allows you the choice to view from either the luxury of your bed or living area. Free Wifi is also available.

All quality linen and towels provided, plus fridge, microwave, tea/coffee and toast making facilities.

We also have a BBQ with a side burner, positioned undercover just outside on your patio for guests sole use.

Excellent indoor / outdoor flow through double doors opening out onto the private patio.

Ideal, whether holidaying, taking a break or visiting family and friends, we welcome you to take advantage of our location, excellent neighbourhood, and spacious studio so you can enjoy all that the Nelson region has to offer.

Great hospitality

We stayed for 6 days to explore the Nelson area. Carolyn was a wonderful host, making sure we had everything we needed and giving us recommendations for places to see.Great location, with access to Abel Tasman Park and Havelock. Highly recommend.

Excellent view from the property. Clean and comfortable.

Such a relaxing place to stay and the scenery is stunning. Comfy bed too and a spacious bathroom and walk in closet.Kitchen facilities really needs a sink in the food prep area. Microwave and bbq available but no oven or hot plates. Ideal if you’re only using this place for breakfast and sleep which describes my stay really.

Excellent stay in Nelson with amazing views

This was a beautiful base for our exploration of Nelson. Carolyn our host was wonderful, and helpful, and did all that she could to make us comfortable. The bed was excellent, and we have wifi, TV and guest parking for our rental car. Unfortunately we found some of the hottest days that Nelson experiences in the year, and the room needed a bit more airflow to clear out the warm air. However, the place has a fan, and I’m sure this is no problem for all the “normal” weather days for the rest of the year!!

Great holiday unit

Place was extremely well fitted out with quality furnishings. Spacious, very comfortable and outstanding views out to the ocean. Everything supplied that you could possibly need for a few days stay. Easy drive into Nelson CBD. Host was friendly, welcoming and great to deal with. Highly recommend

A wonderful stay in Nelson!

My wife and I loved staying at Carolyn's place. The view is wonderful and the drive to downtown is easy! The place was spotless and Carolyn was an amazing host! We will try and stay again if we ever visit Nelson!

Fabulous Studio

This studio is a wonderful place to stay for your visit to Nelson, NZ. The view is dramatic and your hosts are very friendly. Expect a large comfortable bed and a spotless studio. Very highly recommended.

Brilliant Location

We could not have asked for a nicer place to stay for our 3 nights in Nelson. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and so tastefully decorated, and had so many nice touches. Carolyn was an amazing hostess and nothing was too much trouble. The view from the deck was amazing and we enjoyed eating several meals overlooking the sea. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

Holiday and work

This was perfect for us, busy during the day checking out the sites of Nelson and the Abel Tasman National Park and beautiful Golden Bay. Was nice to come back at the end of a day and relax in the comfort of everything that was provided to us. Fantastic view and great weather. Thanks so much for having us.
