Down a 600m bush driveway, welcome to the secluded “Paradise at Pahi” bach escape. With an elevated aspect very close to the water’s edge, this welcoming bach has been designed to maximise the stunning sea and bush setting. Set in 17 acres with less than a handful of neighbours for company, your privacy is close to guaranteed. Located on a small hill you are only a few moments stroll to the waterfront and grass reserve area.
This modern bach with traditional hardwood floors features cozy open plan living with multiple large opening doors and wrap around decks ideal for indoor / outdoor entertaining. For winter time there is a lovely fireplace (with a good supply of firewood) ready to be lit that warms the house in minutes. For those feeling active there are two kayaks available (with life jackets provided).
The fully fitted kitchen is compact but complete with everything you need to self cater along with a gas BBQ on the deck. Appliances include; dishwasher, two element hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and Nespresso coffee machine (bring some pods).
There is a small TV with Chrome Cast system for guest usage but you'll struggle to take your eyes off the view. Unlimited wifi.

Paparoa Township - 6.0km (must visit the Sat morn markets 9am-12pm)
Pahi wharf, boat ramp and reserve - 2.5kms (wharf is fantastic for jumping off!)
Matakohe Kauri Museum - 10 kms
Bach Layout:
Ground Level - Open plan living/dinning/kitchen with downstairs bathroom (shower and toilet).
Upstairs - Two bedrooms, master (with queen) and second room with large comfortable 3 seater sofa as additional sleeping space. A mattress could be added to this room instead of the sofa for sleeping if preferred. There is an ensuite as part of this second bedroom.
Guest room/sleepout - adjoining house with single bed overlooking bush and sea. Laundry and toilet in separate room.
Guest room/sleepout - alongside the main house is a large and luxurious cabin including queen bed and seating area along with private outdoor area. Fully powered - glamping at it's best.
Please note; Due to stairs and decks with multiple levels we do not recommend this for young children unless very closely supervised. No portacot or high chair provided.
Special conditions:
Dogs welcome but they must remain outside and the property is not fenced. Due to the nature of the native bush surroundings owners will need to be highly responsible, please consider this carefully.
