This lovely, large home has room for the whole family.
Upstairs has an open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge which opens onto a deck with lake, town and mountain views. There are also three bedrooms, family bathroom and a separate toilet.
Downstairs has a living area, opening onto a private patio/garden area. There are three bedrooms, and two bathrooms, the third bedroom is a walk through room with a single bed. A large foyer leads to a double garage with laundry and outside drying area under the upstairs deck.
*Bikes and kayaks in the garage are not available for use.
This is a Kiwi bach as we know and love, it is a simple and affordable home with no frills, made for families to enjoy and make lasting memories of Great Lake Taupo for this reason there may be personal belongings in the home.
NOTE: Under Kiwi Bach tradition you are expected to: Bring your own linen (towels/sheets/tea towels)or use our hire service. If you wish to add the linen hire of $15 per person please select this option when booking or let us know in the comments section.
Strictly no parties, a few quiet drinks is fine but you must be respectful of the property and its neighbours. This is a family home in a quiet residential area, not suitable for large groups of adults. Disruption to the neighbours will not be tolerated.

We have a strict no large group or parties policy, disruption to the neighbours will not be tolerated. If we are notified of parties or illegal activity you will be evicted.
You will be required to complete a check in form prior to arrival (excluding identity verified, Airbnb accounts) which will include a copy of your ID and the details of all guests intending to stay at the property. Failure to complete this form will result in the booking being cancelled.
The guest named on the booking is responsible for the property for the duration of the stay and must take all reasonable care of the house. For breakages or damages be aware that you will be charged for the repair or replacement plus a 10% handling fee. It's your responsibility to familiarise yourself with potential hazards or situations during the stay and take appropriate care or actions if needed.
All properties must be left reasonably clean and tidy, ensuring all furniture and appliances are returned to where they were. A general service clean is included, but if the property requires extra cleaning, you could be charged an additional $50.00 per hour, this includes BBQ’s, excess rubbish, soiled linen and odour removal.
All bookings are accepted on the basis that you have read, understand, and agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions and House Rules.
