Please message me with the specific arrival time to get keys - There are a couple pets that live in the homes gym and common areas. Please let me know if you have allergies or are afraid of certain animals so they can be kept in the other parts of the home to avoid issue.

Why they chose this property
This is a perfect location, just steps to the skytrain and shopping in downtown Port Moody. Rocky point Park and the brewery District are also just a few steps away from the house great for walkability.
