About this property

Colac Bay is a great weekend/holiday getaway, it is one of Southlands most consistant surf breaks, catering to all abilities. Colac Bay is a short drive from Riverton and on the coastal highway. Great fishing and diving and lovely beaches to explore. Colac bay has a local Restaurant /Pub, an easy stroll from this Bach. Being so far south, this coastal town has the longest sun hours in the country
Special conditions:
Pets allowed, although property is not fully fenced, we would prefer pets to be kept outside.
It is expected that the bach will be left clean and in the state that it is found.

PLEASE NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition you are expected to: Clean the house and do the dishes before you leave.

Perfect beach getaway

This beach house was our favourite place we stayed during our holiday in the South. The house is very comfortable with everything you need, great views, lovely beach. Wish we stayed longer. Thank you 🙂

Great beachfront location

Wasn’t the best weather, but still had a good time. Beachfront location. Probably needs more in between cleans when you have to clean yourself. Would be nice to have some throw away gloves with cleaning gear, as we got a dirty toilet. Listing didn’t have lockbox code on check in, but I think that is a fault with bookabach not the owners. Had to contact owner for code and they were very helpful. Overall a great spot.

Stunning views

The views were incredible and I was lucky to have stunning weather with amazing sunrises. The house was ideal and I appreciated being able to have my dog with me thank you.

The property was well presented and a pleasure to stay in. The weather was not kind to us but the wee boys with us enjoyed the toys on offer and were able to visit tge nearby park one morning before the weather crapped out again. Would love to come back another time.

Beautiful spot

We LOVED our stay at this Colac Bay crib. Right across the road from the beach. You can sit in the lounge and be mesmerised by the waves all day. A very comfortable crib, we were sad to leave.

Great home in perfect location of Colac Bay . Well stocked for all ages andceverything we needed. 6 of us older friends had an awesome time in Marks home and enjoyed visiting the places of interest surrounding that area highly reccomend

USA & NZ Family Visit

After 10 years we were able to visit, distance and health issues kept us apart. FaceTime nice but in person better. Ages 86 to 14 enjoyed a wonderful week in Colac Bay. The property was more than what we expected. Spacious, awesome location, well equipped kitchen & games, and host very helpful. So many happy memories made, listening to surf, eating, hiking & swimming (those who could). If looking for a vacation place, look no further, it was great.
