West shore, Napier

This was pleasant and comfortable place with plenty of room. Being an older property it had character. Well situated to the city and surrounding areas and in a quiet part of town with beach access and walks. Would recommend and would stay here again.

Lovely little kiwi batch. Excellent location- two mins walk to Westshore Beach. Great communication with host Vayle. Was a good size for our family of five.

Pottery time.

It was lovely staying here, nice and clean, very quiet, no road noise and very close to the beach. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and everything one needs to cook. Plenty of room. Comfy lounge furniture and beds. It was great, thank you.

Always enjoy our stay at Batch Boy Charlie

Always enjoy our stay here when visiting Napier. Have become regular guests here when going to Napier. Nice cosy clean house, is well equipped and has everything you need for your little family getaway. Quiet street close to dairy, takeaway shop, Westshore playground (which has been updated) and lifeguard swimming spots. Easy check-in good communication with host Vayle. Will definitely be back when visiting Napier Thanks alot Vayle for our stay :)

Great place and location

Myself and 5 friends stayed here for the Mission concert. Great little batch - had everything we needed for a long weekend. Excellent communication with the owner. Was a great, comfortable stay, good location, good sized rooms, nice and cosy. Definitely recommend!

Last minute Accommodation

My whanau and I needed to attend a funeral. There was a school athletic competition happening and not much accommodation available. Even though the host herself (Vayle) was in quarantine at the time of the booking she bent over backwards to organize cleaning etc to accommodate us. The house was warm, very tidy and we werevery greatful to have a nice place to rest our heads at a sad time. Thanks Vayle. I hihghly recommend Bach Boy Charlie

Short hop to the start of the Hawkes Bay Marathon

Very close to the Beach. There was an excellent pub that served great fish and chips or steak within a short walk. The batch was clean and tidy. The heat pump quickly heated the living area during the cold mornings.

We are a active family that love to come and stay at bach boy Charlie when we can get an escape from regular life. We wanted a space to relax with friends and family.
We hope you enjoy Charlie as much as we do, want to return and treat Charlie just like your own.

Why they chose this property

We love the character and history of the area, Charlie is one of the original homes built on the shingle spit of Westshore and stayed standing after the 1930's earth quake that transformed Napier.
Awesome location for what ever you are into, there is something here for you.
