Newly renovated and revamped this holiday house is sure to impress. Boasting an indoor gas heated swimming pool, sauna, powerful outdoor spa, pool table, cinema room and much more, this property is ready to welcome and entertain you.
Sleeping up to 11 there is plenty of space for larger family groups looking at getting away together and superb for a couples romantic weekend.
There are Split system air-conditioning and heating units in the dining/living area and home theatre room. Coonara wood heater in the main living area.
Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, electric stove and electric oven, Breville Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, dishes & utensils, toaster and kettle. Ample breakfast bench seating as well as a large dining table.
Bathtub, hairdryer. Washing machine, ironing facilities. Home theatre with a 3 seater reclining couch and 2 single armchair recliners. Large Smart LED TV with complimentary NETFLIX account. Free Wi-Fi, Indoor swimming pool, pool table outdoor dining area, BBQ, double car garage and on-street parking available.
The indoor swimming pool is gas heated and is set to a comfortable temperature of 29 degrees, allowing you to enjoy this facility in winter. The depth is approximately 1 meter at its shallowest to approximately 1.6 meters in the deep end. The length of the pool is 8 meters and width is 3.5 meters.
There is a generously sized outdoor deck with large 360 degree swivel umbrella, 6 person powerful outdoor spa, 4 person sauna, large outdoor dining table and BBQ.
There is parking available in the double-car garage and an additional 2 cars may park in the driveway.

GUEST GUIDELINES, CODE OF CONDUCT & INFORMATION
STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES OR GROUPS UNDER 25 YEARS OF AGE. (With the exception of children accompanied by parents)
PLEASE NOTE: There is a strict NO PARTY policy. The house is located in a residential area and noise and public disturbances will not be tolerated. Guests will be asked to leave the premises without notice should noise or nuisance complaints be received or if the number of guests exceeds the number confirmed at time of booking.
Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly the tariff rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this will result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments. Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and will result in termination of rental and/or loss of bond.
Between 10.30pm and 8am noise levels must not disturb neighbours. EPA enforced neighbourhood quiet hours are from 10.30pm - 8am.
At any time there is to be NO LOUD aggressive behaviour, yelling, screaming and or arguing etc.
Excess vehicles are not permitted, general ratio is one car per every two people maximum. Boats, jetski's, caravans may be permitted but must be mentioned at the time of confirmation.
Please - STRICTLY NO SMOKING INSIDE.

PETS: Pets are allowed but must have been mentioned during the booking correspondence. Specific information regarding the pet ie type/breed must be given.
* Please make sure to pick up your dog's droppings. This is your responsibility to do this. Please use a plastic bag and dispose of the bag in the outside rubbish bin.
* If your dog is a compulsive barker or tends to bark more in unfamiliar environments you may want to consider leaving him/her at home. Dogs that bark relentlessly have been an issue with the neighbours in the past at this particular property. To ensure you have "quiet enjoyment" of the property the owners and management would prefer the peace be kept.
* Please note: The backyard is fully fenced, however there is no grass or lawn area at this property, depending on what kind of dog you have it is important to take this into consideration as the property is not an ideal set up for dogs.

We also require a bond in some cases which is fully refundable after your stay.
Weekend and Long weekend Stays may be allocated a late checkout which will be subject to change. If another booking booking comes into the property on the day of your checkout the checkout time will be reverted to the standard checkout time of 10am.
Stayz online bookings will charge a SERVICE FEE. This fee is not paid to us as the owners and is a charge made independently by the Stayz online payment booking system.
