This large comfortable home is fully fenced and secure for children. It is close to town, shops, and the park and golf course. The Marlborough Sounds is only 30 minutes drive. Wineries, Omaka Airplane display (designed by Sir Peter Jackson and Weta Workshops of Lord of the Rings fame) and Makana, the boutique chocolate factory are only 10 minutes drive away. Situated just 700m from the Taylor River reserve with ASB Theatre and town a few hundred metres past that. The Wither Hills Mountain bike track and farm park walking tracks are 10 minutes drive south.

Great Accommodation!!

Great location and great size for our group. Will definently be booking again if we ever need to stay in blenheim again Very tidy and easy communication with hosts.

Great group venue

Our sports team have stayed here twice now, & it has been perfect. Lots of room, so handy to our sports venue & amenities, and very clean & tidy. Alastair is always great to deal with. Highly recommended.

Great for a group stay

Spacious and comfortably accommodated a varied group of extended family. The woodburner was a boon, needed in autumn and made it very cosy. Beautiful bike rides in the surrounding area.

This is the second time we have stayed here and both times have been amazing. The owners communication from booking to arriving is great. The house is so well set up and equipped. We will definitely come back!

Comfortable Accommodation for group of Adults

We loved our holiday home and all that was available there. We were a group that were attending a weekend Convention for Lions International District (top of the South) Alistair is a great host and kept us informed at every stage of the booking. We will definitely stay there again with any group when we visit Blenheim again.

Great spot for families

Super spacious house, awesome kitchen. It was perfect for the 3 kids we had with us. Great having 3 toilets/bathrooms. Host was super easy to deal with and very accomodating of all our requests :-)

Great house in great area of Blenheim

The hosts were excellent and easy to communicate with. It's a very large home and great for having a family get together. Springlands has great facilities close by. Very quiet neighborhood.

Two Days in Marlborough

We had a group of adult female friends and really appreciated the house we stayed in. Three bathrooms and five bedrooms were a big help with other comfortable areas and well equipped kitchen - two electric jugs even. Finding Pollock Park so close by was also a delight - lovely place for an easy walk.

What we'd hoped for & more!

This property was absolutely perfect for our group (two families - 6A & 3C). The multiple bedroom arrangements and 3 bathrooms meant everyone had their own space and there were plenty of amenities to go around. The large dining table was great for group dinners and having the fire going of an evening was just wonderful. The large lounge/living areas allowed everyone to spread out & relax. Each bedroom had its own wall heater which kept us all warm and cozy. Bedding was perfectly weighted, and beds/pillows were really comfortable. The house came equipped with everything we could possibly need and then some! If we find ourselves back in Blenheim in the future, I will have no hesitation in booking this home again. We cannot recommend this property & the property manager/owner highly enough A++++

Spacious House in Wine Country

The property is very spacious and well stocked. It has a nice front and backyard and is very close to a large park. Furnishing are a little worn down and level of cleanliness was not perfect (e.g. bathrooms a bit dirty). Decent stay for a large family or group.
