About this property

Family Friendly and Great for Groups on Koha Rd. Free WiFi and Linen Included

Three bedroom modern home with open plan living/dining/kitchen, three bedrooms (2 with queen beds, the third with 2 single beds) and large deck with fenced grounds for children.

Gas central heating for winter warmth, ceiling fans in each bedroom, and heat-pump in the living room for summer cooling.

Beds are all made up with sheets/ duvets/ pillows etc, and a towel for each person at the ends of the beds except for the portacot.

Located in central Taupo, a (nearly) flat 15 minute walk/2-3 minute drive to the lake or town. A short walk away from reputably the best Fish and Chip shop in Taupo and other local shops.

Washing machine and clothes dryer available for guest use

Portacot, highchair and pushchair available at no charge. Please bring own linen for the cot.

Fibre Wi-Fi for general internet browsing.

Chrome cast if you happen to have Netflix, Lightbox, or Neon etc

Home is professionally cleaned between guests. If you are staying for 10 days or longer, our housekeeper will come in at a mutually convenient day/time to change the linen each week at no extra cost if required.

Single garage for an average sized car with internal access to the house plus parking on the driveway.

Sorry, not suitable for pets.

Special conditions:
- Strictly no smoking inside the house. Please respect our holiday home by leaving it tidy. A few quiet drinks are fine, but if you are wanting a house to party in, then sorry but this is not the house for you.

We would appreciate our guests leaving the house tidy on departure. If you are staying for two weeks or longer, our housekeeper will come in at a mutually convenient day/time to change the linen etc each week.

Great place to stay in Taupo
This house was perfect for our stay in Taupo. It was warm and had everything we could need. Plus the toys and garden were perfect for our daughters to play with and run around.

Neat, clean, tidy and in a good location. We had a very comfortable stay, enjoyed by the whole family. Only recommendation is to allow the bbq to be moved.

Great weekend getaway
Overall a great property, with a nice outdoor area for summer. Had everything we needed for coming down to Taupo for the half Ironman. Would definitely book again.

Happy at Greenhaven!
Greenhaven was accurately described! It was beautifully kept, well resourced and very comfortable! Really appreciated arriving to find the house cosy and warm on such a cold winters day! We definitely will be back to stay next time we are in Taupo! Thank you for making our stay a 'holiday'!

Staying in Taupo
We enjoyed our stay in Taupo. The home was good for us- two couples travelling together. The kitchen was well equipped, allowing us to cook for ourselves each night. Located in a quiet area, but close enough to enjoy many of the local attractions with ease. Would stay here again!

Warm, clean and comfortable
When we first arrived, the home was already heated. Denise (h/owner) made prompt contact and ensured we were comfortable during our stay, and made herself available if we needed anything else. The home is very comfortable, clean, and spacious, and it has an excellent outdoor entertaining space. Lovely, cosy beds, and we all had good sleep at night. I would highly recommend it and have no hesitation in returning when the opportunity arises.
