Excellent location, very friendly owners who made us more than welcome, made a nice change to have a place with lots of room, if i had one tiny criticism it would be to have a decent size fridge/freezer as not everyone eats out every night,being able to buy and keep even a frozen pizza makes a huge difference, having said that, i would not hesitate to return or recommend it!

This was a great place to stay with kids. Separate main bedroom, kitchen equip for cooking, access to laundry. Was central to all the main attractions in Rotorua.

Awesome place to stay . Clean and spacious. The people who own it are really friendly ☺️ Only draw back is it can get quite cold at night and maybe a heatpump or heater would help at night. Other than that it was perfect . The beds were comfy and nicely made , the kitchen facilities are really nice and everything you need . The tv just had normal TV , no Chromecast but I guess when you're on holiday you shouldn't be watching tv haha.

This is a proper spacious, 1 bedroom, apartment that sleeps 4 For a couple with kids you will not find better at this price. The 2 x single beds are high quality genuine King singles, big and really comfortable, ie great for adult guests too. Hosts Gordon and Valerie are gueninely nice people, who are unintrusive and respect your privacy.

A Little Gem

We were pleasantly surprised by the room we had with Plenty of space with Kitchen dining and lounge area, very neat and tidy. Our hosts went out of there way to accommodate us with an unfortunate loss we experienced and would highly recommend to anyone who wishes for a down to earth homely feel.
