Good set up for a short or longer stay, very comfortable and all utensils etc. well appointed. Great instructions prior to arriving, for gaining access and within the room. Great location - for the beach or nightlife Building showing signs of ageing, but still comfortable, and very clean.

This property is truely fantastic. I loved all the little touches and thoughtful presentation of the property to the visitor. It felt like a home away from home. Very very clean and the bed very comfortable. You get great views and there is everything at your doorstep. It is even better then the photos which is rare these days. You can make your own meals while on holiday if you wish as the kitchen doesn’t lack for anything. Nice outdoor space to rest. 10/10

I loved how close this was to the Mount and beach, I enjoyed a couple of walks, one up the Mount and one around it. Absolutely amazing. The apartment was great. There is construction happening across the road from the room which was a bit noisy early Friday morning. Would def recommend and hope to stay longer to enjoy all there is.

Beautifully appointed apartment with restful colour scheme and many details that provide instant relaxation. Best of all, stunning views on two sides to enjoy without even having to venture out! Location superb. We enjoyed hot pools and massages, beach strolls and delicious array of food without having to get in the car

We liked the location right on the corner, taking in views of the beach and Pilot Bay. Close to beachfront restaurants and cafes. Although it is a studio apartment, it was very spacious with a balcony. We didn't feel crammed in at all.

Great studio apartment located at bottom of Mount Maunganui itself! Short walk to downtown shops/restaurants and beach. Studio was spotless and large! Great kitchen. Parking onsite was fantastic as not much street parking nearby. Balcony a little small and windy to sit and watch world go by plus your near your neighbours. Didn’t use onsite facilities but pool area looked nice. Bed was very comfy! Noisy boy racers driving around the block till midnight was a tad annoying as only single glazing windows. Other than that a great place to stay.

Excellent comfortable accommodation and more spacious than expected. The Christmas crackers were a nice touch. The location is great, close to the beach and shops at the Mount. Highly recommended.
