Special conditions:
Property rental is for a maximum of six people. Sheets, pillowcases and towels
are supplied. No additional guests staying beyond those booked. No smoking inside. Ask us
about your pets. Deposit of 25% required when booking. Balance due 2 weeks before occupancy off
peak, and 4 weeks before occupancy during peak season. A bond may apply at our discretion. 2 pm
check in, 10am check out. A fee for cleaning of $75.00 is required.

Plenty of free entertainment board games, internet etc. Great accommodation for big family/ 5 guests - two bathrooms, plenty of bedding etc. Excellent log fire for warmth in winter.

Fantastic summer or winter get away

Thank you so much, we loved our stay! Beautiful batch, with everything we needed and more. Was great for the teenagers, with plenty to do rain or shine, our puppy loved her stay too.

Close to beach

This clean and comfortable house is only a ten minute walk to the beach. The owner was super responsive when we had an issue with the wifi and persisted until we got it fixed. Much appreciated!

Excellent stay at an excellent property

Property was superb. Clean, warm and sunny. It was also very well equipped and laid out. A great choice for a stay in Whangamata. Sharon was very clear with communications which made check in and making the most of the property super easy.

Home away from home

Sharon's property was more than comfortable. Loved the layout and it is tastefully decorated. Loads of space for all our stuff and exceptionally well kitted out. Couldn't have asked for anything more :)

Wonderful!

Even though the weather was atrocious we enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. It is well laid out, superbly clean, and had everything we needed. Sharon was great to deal with and was very caring about our welfare. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet spot within easy walking distance of the surf club.

Wonderful Getaway

This property was wonderful. The area is quiet and the Bach was comfortable. Exceeded expectations. An easy 1km from the beach and all amenities. The owner was responsive and friendly. We would definitely stay here again!
