Sunny Summery House with Large Pool

This sun-drenched house has great indoor and outdoor flow, and is perfect for entertaining and seeing the hours lazily drift by. The large pool contains 69,000 litres of water so it's a deep one and perfect for diving and jumping in all day long! Note that you may not be able to touch the bottom of the pool (it’s over 6ft deep!) so bring your floaties! There is however a paddling area for the real young ones.

Enjoy relaxing on the sunny deck with elevated views, including peeps of the nearby estuary and Kaimai ranges. This is a quiet area conveniently located close to shops, restaurants, takeaways, parks, downtown Tauranga and the beach.

The Bahama hut provides an outside dining and entertaining option. There is plenty of outdoor space for play including a trampoline, sandpit and climbing dome.

The house has a modern interior with new carpet, tiles, drapes and paint. The high-roofed and open plan living area make this an entertainers dream, and with lovely furniture plus fully equipped kitchen what more could you want!?

NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition you are expected to: Clean the house and do the dishes before you leave; Bring your own linen (bed sheets and bath towels); and leave the house as you found it.

Perfect family getaway

A lovely home with lots of activities for kids, very touched by the fully decorated and Xmas tree plus chocolates! A very responsive host that went above and beyond for our needs.

Neat and comfortable home

Neat and comfortable home, great host, loved the pool. Only downside is the onsite parking as it is too narrow for larger vehicles to access. Also, having to bring your own bed linen and towels may be an issue for international tourists.

Home base for our visit

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hannah and Thomas’ vacation home. We stayed for five nights leading up to Christmas Day and when we arrived there was a Christmas tree and gifts under the tree for all of us-so very thoughtful since we were all far away from home. The house has everything you need from coffee to laundry soap. It’s not far into town to shop for groceries and anything else you need. Parking along side the house is easy too. Hannah was great to communicate with regarding things to do in the area and assured we could drive to places like Rotorua making it a day trip. I highly recommend staying here for a great home base or a family holiday!

Whanau summer spot to be!

Perfect for family holidays that need all the necessities of “home”.. love the shops are so close and park for kids too. Fantastic property and hosts!

Awesome spot

We looooved relaxing by the pool and almost didn’t bother to go anywhere else! The home had everything you needed and was clean and tidy, just watch the tricky driveway!

Great little house with loads of comfort

Good 3 bedroom place with a well stocked kitchen, plenty of seating and even included pool toys. School near by for kids to kick a ball around and ships with takeaways 5 mins walk away. Very helpful and friendly hosts. Recommended

Well appointed house with everything we needed. Shopping centre less than a minute down the road and our children spent every moment they could in the pool. Cleanliness and communication with the owner was top notch. Would recommend.

Enjoyable Stay

My family and I had an awesome stay at Hannahs holiday home, the property is walking distance to shops and playgrounds. The kids enjoyed the pool and lots of books to read and relax. Thank you so much for an enjoyable and relaxing holiday.

Brilliant for families of all ages

We had a fantastic time here. We have young kids and they enjoyed the spacious backyard and pool, and reading all the books! As the main pool is deep, this would also suit older kids. Hannah's place had everything we needed and more - including cleaning products and cooking essentials. It was extremely clean and tidy. The location was a perfect base for exploring all over Tauranga. The local 4 square, takeways and park were only 100metres away. Highly recommend a walk through Johnson Reserve and the Welcome Bay hot pools (much more relaxed and more suitable for young families than the Mount). We highly recommend!

Christmas relaxation

Totally LOVED our stay at Hannah’s home very well equipped with an awesome homely feel pool was Devine my kids lived in it 😍....Hannah was awesome to communicate with and always answered quickly beautiful home with an abundance of books to read (which I thoroughly loved) clean and just a beautiful relaxing holiday had by all will definitely book again Thank you sooo much for allowing us to stay in your home and I hope you found everything as you left it 😊

My whanau have had a marvelous holiday here and loathe to leave.

Great place to stay nice and quiet. Easy to get places convenient location.Very clean Hannah is easy to deal with replies promptly. Would definitely rtrn, and recommend to others. The Storm didn't put us off swimming :). Thanks for opening your home up.

The property and location was fantastic, out of the hustle and bustle of Tauranga but close enough to everything. Just a short walk you found the estuary with a park and seating space to relax and take in the view. The pool was fantastic, great depth and size to relax in. The pool wasn't heated but that wasn't an issue as it was a great way to escape from the summer heat.

Bright and open, warm and comfortable, home away from home. By far our best holiday ever! All the comforts of home (including unlimited wifi) and an awesome pool. Our teenage kids spent the entire time in the pool. Close to Tauranga and the Mount and shops and restaurants close by. We cant wait to come again.
