The space
Our 110m2 condominium is beautifully stylish, comfortable and well-appointed with up to date amenities. It is open plan with a large living room, full modern kitchen and a dining area. Double glazed windows make it warm with lovely views to the ocean. The main bedroom has a king-size bed with good quality cotton bed linen. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed with quality cotton linen. There is a fold out single bed for a light person or child if required. The bathroom is contemporary with a rain shower, underfloor heating and heated towel rail with quality towels.

Other things to note
Takapuna Beach, which is over a kilometre in length, is a one-minute walk from the condo. It is perfect for walking and running. From the northern end of the beach a 4km coastal walk continues to the end of Milford Beach. Or at low tide you can walk from the southern end of the beach alongside sandstone cliffs and past secluded beaches. Swimming at Takapuna Beach is heavenly and the sound of the waves gently breaking on the shore is perfect for relaxation, or taking out the kayaks!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding location! Attentive Host!

We stayed 1 month at Sky Blue in Takapuna and had an outstanding stay. The property is exactly as described and Jacqui is an extremely attentive and responsive host. Checkin was simple and after quickly unpacking, we were off to see the wonderful shops and restaurants all within a 10 minute walk. The beach is steps away from the property, which has lovely sea and island views. You will sleep well as the neighborhood is quiet and safe. Check out the great coffee shop Kinship, right around the corner! WiFi worked flawlessly and easily connected. We cannot wait to return to this wonderful country and will DEFINITELY have Sky Blue as our home base. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Perfect Takapuna location

We had the best stay! After a long fight from the US we enjoyed the coffee and milk so kindly left for us! Everything you could need was provided, from pantry essentials, a big basket of kids toys to shampoo and conditioner. The walk to the beach access (with available shower for sandy feet) to the easy walk to the playground and cafes. We have talked about trying to make another stay here work with our holiday. Thank you for hosting us and we would book this again in a heart beat.

Wonderful stay - home away from home

The property is very well maintained and had everything we could have wanted and more. The host is super well organized! It was a 2-minute walk to the beautiful Takapuna beach. Downtown with lots of shops and restaurants are with a couple minutes walk. It was a truly delightful experience.

A wonderful stay!

We - my wife and I and three adult children - had a wonderful stay in Sky Blue Sanders five days in January 2023. It is a very nice, spacious and well-equipped apartment with great views to Rangitoto Island. The apartment has a very good location - 2 minutes walk to the amazing Takapuna Beach and a lot of shops, bars and coffee shops within short walking distance, however still in a quiet and relaxed area. The apartment was clean and well maintained. All communication with and service from Jacqui was impeccable. We would love to return!

Amazing location, fantastic host.

Sky Blue was such an amazing place to stay to catch up with friends and family. Everything we needed was within walking distance. Takapuna was great lots of restaurants and shops and the beach just at the end of the road. The property was perfect, clean and tidy with everything we needed for our stay. Jacqui was a fantastic host, she was available for any questions and quick to respond and offer help. I would happily stay there again!

Great Location and best beach for walking, swimming

Spacious, well-equipped apartment half a block from world-class Takapuna Beach (1200 meters long). First floor location with large sliding windows provide beautiful panorama of sky and cooling sea breezes. Gorgeous sunrises & sunsets. All mod cons. Full kitchen. Comfortable master bed, plenty of pillows, lots of storage space. Basic pantry items & toiletries provided. Jacqui is a very responsive host. Sky TV, good wifi. Downtown Takapuna is just a block away with loads of shops, restaurants, groceries, all services. Excellent cinema and Sunday Farmer's Market. We stayed for a month and hope to book again in future.

Good place near Auckland

The location was very nice really close to the ocean and near plenty of different shops. It was close enough to Auckland to make a trip there easy, also had pretty good access to other things. Over all a good location for visiting the auckland area.
