This beautiful luxury condominium is located in one of the most desirable and safe locations on the beach. It is fully furnished two-bedroom condo that will sleep 6 comfortably, with two bathrooms, balcony, gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, flat screen TV in every room, washer and dryer.

There is also a nice swimming pool and a charcoal grill at the pool deck for your enjoyment. Building offers off-street parking and coded access.
Condo is conveniently located only a short 1.5 blocks from the ocean and boardwalk and offers great access to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Enjoy outdoor live entertainment nightly at 31st and 24th street boardwalk stages during the summer. Fishermen might enjoy the 14th street pier or Rudee Inlet which offers inshore/offshore fishing as well as a variety of different tours (dolphin/whale watching, speed boat, pirate ship, and jet skis). Golfers might enjoy the many nearby golf courses. Parasailing, kayaking, sailing, Jet Ski rentals are available at either end of the beach. Bike routes along the boardwalk are great for exploring the beach. Grocery store Harris Teeter is conveniently located across the street from condo for all of your shopping needs.

Awesome rental, convenient to everything

My family with two young children stayed in this condo for a week in early September. It was beautiful and so convenient to everything. Harris Teeter is literally across the street, and the beach is a very short walk away. It's a short drive to the aquarium, and within walking distance to other attractions. It was really nice that they have a wagon, beach chairs, and umbrellas for guests to use. Those really came in handy! The pool was too cold to go in on most days, but that was expected considering the time of year we visited. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay again!

So much better than a hotel!

This was a perfect place for us. Having the 2nd bedroom allowed my husband to work in the morning without waking me up. The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast and other meals. It was very close to the beach. We have stayed at 2 other rentals in the past when we visited our kids and are hoping to rebook this place again.

Family Fun in Virginia Beach

Everything was just as described! Checking in was easy, instructions were detailed, and the host was available when we had any questions. Clean, comfortable beds, and everything we needed for a great mini vacation! We were able to walk to the beach and Duck's Donuts (yum), and there's a grocery store across the street. We enjoyed the muffins left for us, it was a nice touch :) .We can't wait to visit again in the summer!

Family Vacay

Lovely condo close enough to the beach for elderly folks to walk to. Our Host, Karina, was very nice and extremely helpful when we needed assistance. We were unsure if there was a pull cart to load our beach items or grand children into for the beach but there was! The pool was great for my grandchildren. Also there were more beach chairs than we were told in this condo! Washer and Dryer were great. The flooring was nice. The living room rug could use a cleaning. The kitchen was well supplied for those who cook. Our 2 week family vacay was really nice. I definitely would go back here to this condo.

Wonderful Family Vacation!

The condo was amazing. Super clean! Loved having the chairs for the beach there so we didn’t have to bring our own. Kitchen was stocked with all the things we needed to prep our own meals when we didn’t eat out! Loved the surprise fruit tart in the fridge when we arrived! Overall wonderful experience! Would stay here again. Key words for us would be clean, safe, and close to pretty much anything we wanted to walk to, whether that be the beach, shopping on Atlantic Ave, or places to eat!

Wonderful Stay!

My family and I stayed at this property for my daughter's dance competition. The condo was perfect. It was stocked with everything we needed to make simple meals and for a day at the beach. Wagon, beach chairs, towels, & styrofoam cooler were all ready for us. The location was great - 5 minute walk to the beach, restaurants & lots to do in the area. Our only complaint is that the bed in the small bedroom was full of sand upon our arrival, and a vertical blind popped off as we opened them for some sunlight to be let into the room. We can't wait to return. :)

VA Bch condo Excellent

My wife and I stayed at this condo for 8 days while my daughter was having her first baby. Great location , very quiet, easy to park and easy to get into the building. The grocery store is directly across the street and was a nice store. The condo was clean and its perfect for what we needed. Kitchen is a bit small , but as long as only one person was in there it was perfect. The pots / pans could use an upgrade, that’s just my opinion, I’m a bit picky on that when I cook. But the overall experience was excellent, wish I owned this unit at this location to rent out to others myself. We’re from FL and live in a beach town, so this area felt like home. Great access to the ocean and plenty of eating establishments within walking distance. The overall area is nice and if you venture out to the north end , or other locations outside the main beach area, lots of great restaurants and nice people. I’m very happy my daughter lives in VA Bch. I would definitely stay here again the next time we visit her.

Home away from home

I had never stayed in a place other than a hotel when traveling. I tried this place and quite pleased with my experience. We were in town to see my son in from his 7 month deployment and wanted a home away from home. This was it!! The property and condo were extremely clean, quiet, and the perfect place to relax and enjoy time with my son. The property manager, Karita, was very prompt with the answers to my questions and getting the few little repairs made to the condo. I was quite impressed! I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Also, I want to give a shout out to Karita for the Welcome Home/Thank You balloon bouquet and the red, white, and blue cupcakes for my son. It was a pleasant surprise and very much appreciated!! ⚓️🇺🇸 I look forward to staying on this property and in this condo again.
